The flop comes J♥ 9♠ 3♥ , Kang checks, Ahuja bets 200,000, and Kang check-raises to 540,000. Ahuja uses two Time Chips to tank for more than a minute before he calls.

The turn card is the 8♣ , and Kang uses a Time Chip to tank for a while before he bets 775,000, leaving himself a single 25K chip behind. Ahuja thinks for a while before he moves all in, and Kang uses three of his four remaining Time Chips to tank for two minutes before he calls all in for 800,000 with K♥ 6♥ for a king-high flush draw.

Ahuja turns over T♠ T♥ , and Kang needs a king or any heart on the river to stay alive.

The river card is the Q♠ , and Ahuja wins the pot with a queen-high straight to eliminate Kang in 11th place.

Ankit Ahuja raises to 120,000 two hands in a row. He first claims the blinds and in the second hand, Sho Homma three-bets to 360,000 from the big blind. Ahuja swiftly four-bet jams and Homma folds after brief consideration.

In the very next hand, Homma gets the last 475,000 in from the small blind with the K♠ 8♦ . Yoon Kang calls with the K♣ 4♥ but the kicker plays for Homma on the T♣ 6♠ 3♠ Q♦ 2♠ runout.

Yoon Kang raises to 100,000 and Ankit Ahuja calls in the next seat. Ahuja check-calls for 90,000 on the K♠ 6♠ 3♦ flop before they check down the 3♥ turn and 2♠ river.

Ahuja wins the pot with the 2♠

Sho Homma then opens to 100,000 on the button for Ahuja to call from the big blind. Ahuja check-raises from 70,000 to 220,000 and Homma folds.

Yoon Kang raises to 100,000 from under the gun and Aditya Agarwal three-bets to 250,000. Kang four-bets to 475,000 and Agarwal snap-folds.

In the very next hand, Yinghao Zhuo jams the button for 340,000 and Kang calls in the big blind.

"Chop?" Kang jokes and Zhuo laughs, as he was denied a double not long ago.

Both have a piece of the A♠ Q♣ 6♥ flop, but nothing changes on the 7♥ turn and 5♥ river. The short stack ride of Zhuo ends on the final two tables.

Chip leader Daniel Charlton is joined by two players then they all check to the river J♠ 7♣ 7♠ 3♥ 5♣ . Charlton leads out 215,000, only Yoon Kang calls who then mucks to Charlton's Q♠ J♥ top pair.

Martin Stausholm moves all in from the cutoff to 155,000, and Yoon Kang reraises over the top from the button to 500,000. Both blinds fold.

Stausholm turns over Q♠ T♣ , and he needs to improve to stay alive against Kang's K♠ J♥ .

The board comes Q♥ T♥ 4♠ 9♥ K♦ , and Stausholm flops two pair, but Kang turns a king-high straight, and it holds up for Kang to win the pot and eliminate Stausholm in18th place.

Martin Stausholm raises from the button to 60,000, Yoon Kang moves all in from the small blind for 1,130,000, and Stausholm calls with a slightly larger stack and turns over A♥ Q♥ .

Kang turns over 8♠ 8♥ , and needs it to hold to stay alive.

The board comes J♠ 5♦ 2♣ J♥ 8♦ , and Kang leads the entire way, winning the pot with a rivered full house to double up in chips.

With players folding around, small blind Yinghao Zhuo open shoves around 1,700,000 and big blind Yinghao Zhuo snap-calls for his tournament life. Kang opens up A♥ T♠ , Zhuo has the nuts A♣ A♦ . No scares turn up on the board for Zhuo to double up.

According to Neng Zhuo, this is exactly what happened before the redraw with Zhuo doubling up off Kang with Aces over Sixes.

Yoon Kang raises from under the gun, John "Bert" Perry calls, as does Martin Stausholm on the button. Table short stack Jiaxian Pan defends the big blind and they head four ways to the 8♣ 7♥ 2♣ flop. Only Pan check-calls for 60,000 when Stausholm bets.

They check the J♦ turn and Pan jams the river for 200,000 to earn an instant fold from Stausholm.

Koen Breed is all in from the small blind for about 400,000 with K♣ Q♠ , and he needs to improve to stay alive against the A♥ J♠ of Yoon Kang in the cutoff.

The board comes J♦ T♥ T♣ 4♣ 2♠ , and Kang wins the pot with two pair, jacks and tens, to eliminate Breed in 34th place.

With the board showing 8♠ 4♦ 3♥ 2♦ on the turn, Hugues Girard checks from middle position, Yoon Kang bets 225,000 from the hijack, and Girard uses a Time Chip to tank for a while before he calls.

The river card is the 5♣ , Girard checks, and Kang uses a Time Chip to tank for a while before he bets 300,000. Girard thinks for a while before he folds, and Kang takes the pot.

Ankit Ahuja had previously won a healthy pot by betting out Yukako Hiroi. She then jams over the top of the short stack all-in of Shmuel Snir Bechor, who is at risk for 101,000 only.

Kevin Ewald in the blinds happily calls all-in for 717,000 as he has the A♥ A♦

Bechor with the A♣ K♠ and Hiroi with A♠ K♥ need a lot of help. They actually have the chance for an unlikely chop after the J♥ 6♣ 4♠ 3♦ turn but the wheel never completes, instead it is the 9♣ that follows on the river.

After the hand is over, Hiroi asks if she should have just called the first all-in preflop. The answer from several players is yes, but as Michael Gathy points out "you just saved time", referring to the likely call of Ewald's reshove.

Adam Friedman kicks off the hand with a raise from hijack and only Yoon Kang calls from cutoff. When the flop comes 8♥ 2♣ 9♦ , Friedman continues for 32,000 and Kang calls. They then check the turn 6♥ to head to the river K♠ . Friedman returns with a 62,000 bet, Kang pushes and well covers Friedman. After a time bank used, Friedman commits the rest of his stack.

Kang has 9♥ 9♠ set, Friedman shows J♥ J♣ , Kang ships it and eliminates Friedman in the process.

Shortly after the elimination of Guy Taylor, Yoon Kang raises to 24,000. Ryan Plant three-bets to 72,000 and everyone including Kang folds.

Daniel Charlton then raises the button to 25,000 and Kang comes along from the big blind. The flop comes A♦ K♦ 9♦ and Kang checks, Charlton bets 18,000 to win the pot.

With the final board showing K♠ 8♦ 3♣ 7♥ J♦ , and nearly 400K already in the pot, Michael Gathy bets 180,000 from the big blind.

Yoon Kang thinks for a while in the cutoff before he raises to 470,000, and Gathy folds. Kang takes the pot.

With three all-in showdowns on the stone-cold money bubble, Martin Sedlak is all-in for 255,000 and looked up by Yoon Kang. Their table is the last to run with one elimination and one double prior.

Sedlak has the best of it with A♦ A♠ versus Q♥ Q♣ and seemingly locks up the double on the A♥ J♠ 7♦ flop. The T♠ turn gives Kang four outs but the 6♦ river keeps the field at 95 hopefuls.

Down to 99 players, all remaining eleven tables are balanced and the money bubble is looming near the end of the penultimate level on Day 2.

Martin Sedlak raises to 12,000 on the button for both blinds to call including Azizjon Rakhimov and Juyeol Lee. They check to the J♦ 8♠ 6♠ 3♦ 4♠ river on which Lee bets 24,000. Sedlak mulls it over for a short while and folds, as does Rakhimov.

Yoon Kang opens to 10,000 and earns two callers in Michael Gathy and Azizjon Rakhimov, the latter of which is in the big blind.

The T♣ 7♦ 3♠ flop is checked to Kang, who bets 11,000. Only Gathy calls and then does so for another 40,000 on the 4♦ turn. They check the 4♥ river and Kang tables A♥ 9♠ , Gathy takes the pot with the Q♥ T♥ .

Manuel Carvalho opens 8500, Juyeol Lee calls, then cutoff Michael Gathy three-bets for 32,000. Action back on Carvalho, he tanks then sends out a four-bet of 75,000. This gets a fold from Lee while Gathy tanks. After a minute or so, Gathy five-bets 138,000 and this time Carvalho tanks. He takes a couple of minutes before giving up his hand and near 19 bigs.

Next hand, Yoon Kang opens 8000 from under the gun and is called by both Gathy and Carvalho. They all check to the turn 9♣ K♦ 7♣ 6♥ . Carvalho leads out 18,000, Kang folds, Gathy calls. The river J♣ sees a larger 53,000 bet from Carvalho, Gathy folds.
