Michael Kim Falcon picks up back to back pots with the first one a slightly bigger score against Graham Cowan. On a flop 8♦ 7♦ A♣ Falcon bets 2000, Cowan calls, and the big blind folds to head to the turn 2♦ . Falcon bangs out a larger 5000 bet, Cowan calls, then Falcon puts the brakes on the river 5♦ with four diamonds showing. Cowan checks back and shows A♥ 2♥ two pair, Falcon has 7♣ 7♥ set.

Next hand, Armon Van Wijk joins Falcon to the flop 9♥ J♥ 7♠ then leads out 1000. Falcon challenges with a raise of 3000, Van Wijk tank-calls. On the turn 8♠ , Van Wijk checks, Falcon fires 4000 and this time he wins it uncontested.

A player raises under the gun to 1,000, and Kil Soo Kim moves all in from middle position for 1,500. Tomoyuki Nishigata reraises from the cutoff to 3,500, Michael Kim Falcon calls from the small blind, and the UTG player folds.

There is 6,100 in the main pot, and another 4,000 in the side pot. Any further betting will go to the side pot.

The flop comes 8♣ 3♠ 2♣ , Falcon checks, Nishigata bets 2,600, and Falcon calls.

The turn card is the 9♥ , Falcon moves all in for roughly 15,000, and Nishigata folds. Falcon takes the side pot worth 9,200.

For the main pot, Kim turns over K♥ Q♠ for king high, and he's actually ahead of Falcon's 7♠ 6♠ (seven high with an open-ended straight draw).

The river card is the Q♥ , and Kim wins the main pot with a pair of queens to quadruple up in chips.
