The Manila Megastack 23 Main Event has exceeded all expectations, shattering its PHP 20,000,000 guarantee with a total prize pool of PHP 33,392,250 (~USD 566,300). Across four packed starting flights and a host of satellite qualifiers, 850 players put their names in the mix, all chasing the top prize of PHP 5,750,000 (~USD 98,065) and the prestige of winning one of the season’s flagship events.

From that massive field, 128 players returned for Day 2, each having already secured a minimum cash but still hungry to climb the payout ladder and contend for the title.

After 13 hours of intense play, the floor decided to end the day with just six players remaining, deferring the crowning of a champion to tomorrow’s finale.
