With 32 runners qualified from the Day 1 games, the first few levels of registration added another 29 entries, bumping up the total attendance to 96 entries. The turnout was just enough to surpass the guarantee and bring the prize pool up to NT$2,737,200.
Ten levels of play ran through before the final nine was set, with former PS Main Event champion Lai Hsuan Yu leading the hunt for the NT$ 821,300 top prize. Lai bagged a commanding lead with a chip count of 2,544,000 (85 BB), followed by local star Kai Hung Hu with 2,017,000 (67 BB). The day wrapped up in style with a double elimination - Paul Yugendra (10th) and Pen Chihue (11th), both taken out by South Korea's Jaegeol Cho to come in the final rounds sixth in position.
