Despite a slow start, Day 1E ended up with a total of 234 entries and 36 players advancing to day 2, more than doubling the 35 qualifiers from the first 4 flights combined.

After a long bubble with every short stack doubling up for a while we finally reached the 36 qualifiers at level 16 with an average stack of 195,000 and the top two in chips being overall leaders in the cumulative Day 2 list.

Jingxuan Zhu came out on top bagging a whopping 586,000 chips after a late charge including the elimination of William Li with A♦ K♠ against Li's 5♦ 5♣ .

Second in chips Ya Na accumulated 511,000 with a stellar run starting at level 10 with less that 50 bigs where she came out of nowhere with a flurry of great hands in level 12 with 200 big blinds, eliminating Guo Xin with A♠ A♦ against K♣ K♥ in a blind battle at the end.

Third in chips Li Bing made his 374,000 on the bubble, a few outs away from busting when he had K♠ Q♣ against Ju Yuhang's Q♦ J♦ who three-bet-jammed 30 big blinds on K♦ 5♦ 6♠ which Li Bing snapped and evaded the diamonds for a massive double up and left Ju Yuhang with so few chips that he bubbled a few hands later.

Four starting flights remain with Day 1H starting at 13:00 which has the same structure as Day 1E.

Ju Yuhang jams 14,000 from the cutoff holding A♥ J♣ after losing a massive pot just a few hands earlier and Wong Ka Fai successfully isolates from the button with A♠ K♦ . No help for Ju on 5♣ 7♣ 3♦ 4♣ Q♥ and the final 36 are settled.

Under the gun Zheng Mingzhi jams 44,000 and Yan Zhiyong from +1 and Zhao Hongjun team up to deliver the final blow. The board runs K♥ 8♦ 3♣ 7♦ 4♥ with the big stacks checking all the way, showing A♣ J♥ and A♦ J♦ handing Zheng the win who shows K♠ Q♦ .

Under the gun Ju Yuhang makes it 12,000 and big blind Li Bing defends for the action flop 6♠ K♦ 5♦ . Ju continues for 12,000, Li check-raises to 30,000, Ju jams Q♦ J♦ flush draw to put Li all-in, who snaps with K♠ Q♣ for a total of 172,000 and the board completes Q♠ and 2♣ , leaving Ju Yuhang with 27,000 in chips.

Chip leader Zhu Jingxuan opens 12,000 from the hijack and big blind Yeung Chi Ho defends to see the flop 7♥ 2♦ J♥ . When checked to Zhu he jams with A♦ 7♦ but gets called by Yeung's K♠ J♣ top pair for 50,000. The turn 4♦ and river 2♠ sees the shorty survive and we continue bubble play.

Ng Yi Wen Nicholas Michael lays out 20,000 from under the gun +1, Zhang Yifan jams for 22,000 from the hijack and big blind Li Zehao calls with Michael filling up 2,000 for the board Q♣ 2♥ K♠ J♠ T♣ to be checked down and Yifan coming out on top with a triple up holding K♣ K♦ against Michael's 5♥ 6♥ and Zehao's T♥ 4♥.

With a limp from under the gun, Sean Ooi makes it 10,000 from the hijack and small blind Huang Weiwei pumps it to 35,000. Only Ooi pays up to see the flop 2♦ 5♦ K♥ that has Huang fork out a 25,000 c-bet that gets called by Ooi for the turn 6♦ to be revealed. Huang continues for 50,000, Ooi puts him all-in with Q♦ Q♠ and Huang fills up his remaining 42,000 with A♥ A♠ . The river is the J♦ , giving Ooi a flush, cracking Huang's aces and it is bubble time.

Jiang Daqiao opens a standard 10,000 from the hijack and takes two players to the flop 6♠ J♣ T♥ where he continues for 15,000. Miao Zhicheng jams A♦ A♥ and only Jiang fills up with K♥ T♠ for a showdown. The board completes T♣ and 3♠ , giving Jiang trips and sending Miao packing.

Li Jia Wei raises to 10,000 from under the gun +1, small blind Zhu Jie makes it 25,000 and Li Jia Wei jams 87,000 with 6♥ 6♠ . Easy call for Zhu Jie with Q♠ Q♣ who stays ahead on J♥ 9♥ 3♦ 7♣ A♠ and takes us two away from the bubble.

Ya Na kicks off the action with a 10,000 min-open from under the gun and takes two players to the flop Q♥ J♥ 4♠ where her 15,000 c-bet only keeps Zhu Jie along for the ride in +1. The turn 2♣ sees a second barrel of 20,000 being called for the river Q♦ where a third barrel of 30,000 gets called by Zhu, who mucks after Ya Na tables K♣ Q♠ .

Chua Chen Shen jams 58,000 from the button with A♣ 4♥ and small blind Jia Yuequan wakes up with A♦ K♦ for a call putting Chua at risk. No help for the underdog on 6♣ 2♣ 9♠ 5♠ 5♥ and we are inching one position closer to the 36 player cutoff for Day 1E.

With Zhao Bin and Zhu Changmin allin pre and Zhu being at risk with A♠ K♣ for 63,000 against Zhao's K♦ K♥ the board runs 2♠ 8♦ 8♠ 6♠ 5♠ , giving Zhu a flush and crippling Zhao to 13,000.

On the turn Q♦ J♦ 8♦ Q♣ with 35,000 in the middle, Wong Ka Fai leads 15,000 from the cutoff and calls a 40,000 raise by Zhu Jingxuan on the button to see the river 4♠ . A 100,000 bet from Zhu has Wong check-fold.

Two hands after surrendering to Song Ying, Su Jie wakes up with A♥ 8♣ on the button and open jams for 67,000. Bad news await when Yan Zhiyong calls from the big blind with A♦ 9♥ and the kicker plays on Q♥ T♥ 6♦ 3♣ T♦ to eliminate Su Jie.

Song Ying raises to 8,000 from the button, Su Jie pumps it to 29,000 from the big blind and Song calls to see the flop 4♦ 8♣ A♦ . A small continuation of 18,000 from Su has Song put 100,000 in the middle and Su Jie folds, preserving 63,000 for a better opportunity.

Zu Jie opens 6,000 from under the gun +1 and takes two players to the flop Q♥ A♠ 4♦ where an 8,000 c-bet goes into the middle with both Ju Yuhang calling from cutoff and Yu Xiangyu out of the small blind. The turn J♠ produces a second barrel from Zu which takes down the pot.

Ng Yi Wen Nicholas Michael opens 8,000 from the cutoff and Liew Li Wee defends big to see the flop 7♦ 3♥ 2♦ . Michael's 3,000 c-bet gets check-raised to 9,000 from Liew and another call presents us the turn 6♥ . Jamming 150,000 into Liew's 70,000 stack gets the job done for Michael to scoop another decent pot.

Picking up the action on K♥ 9♥ 9♠ 8♠ and 28,000 in the middle, Zhao Xinghui leads 19,000 from the hijack, Yan Zhiyong check-raises to 35,000 form the big blind and Zhao is all-in for 64,000 with K♦ T♣ . Easy call for Yan with 8♥ 9♣ nines full and evading a king on the river 6♣ delivers another elimination.

Jia Yuequan kicks us off with a raise to 7,000 from hijack and Jing Xu jams to put Jia all-in for 115,000 who snaps with K♥ K♠ against Jing's A♥ 5♣ . The dealer has the A♣ in the window, followed by 8♥ J♦ 9♥ and a massive relief for Jia when the river hits K♦ for a set and a double.

Wong Ka Fai wakes up with T♥ T♠ on the button and small blind Zhu Jingxuan goes all-in for 58,000 holding K♠ J♦ . The board J♠ 9♠ T♦ 4♠ Q♣ gives Zhu a straight, doubling up against the second in chips.

Liew Li Wee opens 8,500 from the small blind, Zhang Yankai three-bets to 25,000 and a call by Liew sees the board run out 6♠ 4♦ Q♠ 9♣ 2♦ with checks all the way and Zhang tabling the winner holding J♥ 4♥ against Liew's A♣ J♠ .

Looking at 6♠ 4♦ 8♦ 2♥ with 34,000 in the middle, Chu Hsien Lee bets 20,000, Zhu Jingxuan puts him all in with A♥ 5♥ and Chu calls for a 57,000 total with J♠ J♣ . The board completes 6♥ and has Chu scoop a nice pot entering today's late game.

A blind battle with Ya Na holding A♠ A♦ in the small blind and Guo Xin having K♣ K♥ in the big there is no other outcome than another preflop all-in with Guo Xin at risk for 121,000. A dry 7♣ 7♦ 6♣ 9♠ 5♣ has the rockets prevail and sends Guo Xin to the rail.

With another two players being all-in pre we have Ji Linrui at risk for 53,000 holding A♦ Q♦ against Su Jie's T♦ T♣ . No help on 8♦ J♥ 5♥ 6♠ 5♦ sends Ji Linrui to the rail.

A ruckus on one of the tables has Ya Na come out with a double up to 370,000 cementing her place among todays top contenders.

With Ng Yi Wen Nicholas Michael and Wang Jiaxin all-in pre, Wang is at risk with 79,000 holding Q♥ Q♠ against Michael's 7♥ 7♠ . The lucky sevens are back to aid Michael on the board 6♣ T♠ 5♥ 8♣ 9♦ for a straight and another elimination.

Outside of our view we hear that Wong Ka Fai won a massive 270,000 pot against Sean Ooi and sits at a whopping 426,000 now.

Cutoff Chan Jeremy Je Min opens 4,500 and Lin Baojie defends big blind to see the flop K♥ 6♣ J♣ . Lin donks for 3,500, faces a raise to 10,000 from Chan, but ultimately takes it down with a 43,500 three-bet-jam.

Lee Kuanhan gets us started with a raise to 4,000 from under the gun +1 and Ju Yuhang defends the small blind with a raise to 11,000. Filling up, Lee lays eyes on the flop 8♥ 7♥ K♠ and raises Ju's lead of 3,500 to 9,000. A call from Ju reveals the A♥ turn that gets checked to Lee, who puts in another 10,000, but has to fold when Ju announces all-in for 32,500.

Zhao Hongjun opens 4,000 from mid position, hijack Yu Xiangyu makes it 13,000, cutoff Kong Qingtao is all-in for 9,000 and Zhao calls to see the flop Q♣ 4♥ T♦ . A 9,000 c-bet from Yu gets rid of Zhao and needs to evade a staright draw from preflop all-in player Kong Qingtao's J♠ 9♣ . Double pairing the board Q♥ and T♥ gets the job done and eliminates Kong Qingtao.

Ng Yi Wen Nicholas Michael is at it again with a random 7♥ T♠ jamming from +2, finds a caller in Lee Wai Kiat from the hijack for his last 38,000 holding A♣ Q♣. This time Michael's seven on the river 9♣ A♦ 3♥ 5♣ 7♠ is not enough and he has to surrender some chips.

Starting us off with a raise to 3,200 from the hijack, Li Lei triggers a three-bet from big blind Sean Ooi to 12,500. Li calls to see the flop Q♥ K♣ J♥ and calls another c-bet of 13,000 to see the turn J♦ . Ooi slows down to a check, Li bets 22,000 with a made straight A♥ T♥ and a draw to a royal flush. Ooi calls for the river 5♣ and checks again, prompting Li Lei to go all-in for 62,300 which gets snapped by Sean Ooi's K♥ K♦ full house to eliminate Li Lei.

Li Bing with Q♥ Q♣ and Rainer Kempe with A♣ A♦ are all-in pre with Kempe being at risk for his 89,200 (70bb) . The dealer keeps it interesting until the the turn K♥ 8♥ 4♦ A♥ with the set for Kempe giving Li a flush draw and a bunch of additional outs and the river J♥ being one of them, Kempe has his rockets experience a rapid unscheduled disassembly and crashes out of the tournament just after late registration closed.

Another raise to 3,200 from under the gun +1 has two players tag along to see the flop 4♠ J♥ J♣ . Checked to the button Zu Jie, 3,000 go into the middle and only Yu Xiaotong elects to call from the hijack to see the turn 8♦ . Another 8,000 from Zu has Yu check-fold.

Under the gun +1 Huang Weiwei opens 3,500, three-bet to 10,500 from Isaia Alessio in the hijack, four-bet to 28,500 from Huang and a massive five-bet jam from Isaia shuts down the action.

Picking up the action on the turn A♣ 3♠ 7♠ 7♣ and 23,600 in the middle, Ju Yuhang leads 12,500 from the hijack, followed by a check-call by Ya Na out of the big blind to see the river 2♣ . Another 37,000 from Ju with king high K♥ 5♥ finds yet another check call from Ya showing A♦ 9♥ to pick up a juicy pot that catapults her into the top 5 of the leaderboard.

The board showing 4♠ 8♥ Q♥ 3♦ and 11,200 in the middle, cutoff Lee Wai Kiat bets 5,500, gets check-raised to 18,000 by big blind Wong Kai Fai, calls to see the river 5♠ and Wong Kai Fai puts Lee Wai Kiat all-in. Lee finds a fold after three time banks preserving 20,000 to fight another hand.

Lee Kuanhan opens 2,500 from under the gun, raised to 8,500 from cutoff Wang Yilong and a call from the initial raiser gets us to the flop 2♥ Q♦ J♣ . Check call 4,500 for Lee to the turn T♥ for another check call of 15,600 to complete the board 2♣ where a third barrel of 40,000 takes it down for Wang Yilong.

Under the gun +1 Guo Xin opens 2,500, answered by a 6,800 raise from cutoff Chuang Hao which sends the action back to Xin, four-betting to 17,500 to take down the pot and relieve Hao of a time bank.

Picking up the action on the flop A♣ 4♠ 2♠ and 18,400 in the pot hijack Lee Kuanhan pushes 11,000 over the line. Called by button Wang Yilong the 7♠ turn gets checked around to the river Q♥ where Wang Yilong is last to act and puts another 28,500 in the middle which is big enough to get Lee to fold.

With 19,600 in the pot and the board showing 3♣ 5♥ T♦ 8♦ Yeung Chi Ho leads 8,500 from the big blind, Liu Yu consumes two time banks before jamming 27,700 with Q♦ Q♣ and Yeung calls with K♣ T♣ . Another underdog coming out on top with Yeung hitting the T♥ river to eliminate Liu Yu.

Lee Kuanhan kicks off the action with a raise to 2,400 from under the gun, Yuan Yilu calls from the button and small blind Zhao Xiangyu three-bets to 12,500. Lee calls, Yuan jams for 50,300 total with 8♠ 8♥ and Zhao has an easy decision calling for 32,800 with Q♥ Q♣ . The action back at Lee, looking at 4♠ 4♥ , but covering both players, we hear call. With two players at risk, but being safe right now, the dealer delivers a nuke on the flop 9♣ 4♣ 9♥ with no help coming on the turn 7♥ and river T♦ to knock out two players and send the underdog to the top dogs of the current chip stacks.

Picking up the action on the turn 6♣ 2♥ 8♥ 3♠ with 17,000 in the middle it is Ge Yungqing from the cutoff who starts the mayhem with a lead of 8,500, min-raised by Jiang Daqiao from the button and Ge Yungqing jamming A♥ 8♠ top pair top kicker. Jiang calls for a total of 52,400 holding a set 6♥ 6♠ and a massive pot going his way after an insignificant J♠ hits the board.

Under the gun Chu Hsien Lee opens 2,000 and big blind Zheng Mingzhi makes it 6,000. Chu calls to see the flop T♣ 3♣ J♠ and Zheng starts a triple barrel 4,500, 7,500 and 11,000 to the river 6♠ and 6♣ when Chu finally surrenders.

Zheng Mingzhi opens 2,000, Li Zehao jams 12,800 and Zheng calls.

Li Shaoming opens 2,000 from under the gun, hijack calls and small blind Yeung Chi Ho looks at K♣ K♦ and squeezes to 13,000. Only Li calls to see the flop A♦ 4♦ 7♣ . Undeterred by the ace, Yeung leads 7,500 and gets a call to see the turn K♠ . Another 10,000 lead has Li go all-in for 800 more who flips over A♥ J♠ and is dead on arrival. The 8♦ river wraps it up and Li Shaoming sits on a tiny 2,100 stack. Chip and a chair baby!

Picking up the action on the flop T♠ 5♣ 3♦ and 13,500 in the middle we see big blind Liu Kui lead 5,500 with A♥ 5♠ , Chen Weihang puts Liu all-in with T♦ 9♦ who calls his remaining 21,800 and the dealer takes the spotlight. The turn 4♣ and river 4♠ dont help the underdog and Liu Kui is out.

Chen Baiyang opens 2,000 from under the gun, hijack Wang Guofeng pumps it to 5,500 and Chen calls to see the flop K♥ Q♣ Q♥ with Wang c-betting 3,000 and a check-call by Chen for the turn 8♠ that gets checked to the river 2♣ . Chen takes over the reins with an 11,000 lead to take it down.

With the pot at 15,200 and 3♣ J♣ J♥ on the board Rainer Kempe bets 3,000 in position, gets check-raised to 8,000 from Chen Muyi, but takes it down with another min-three-bet to 13,000.

Zhang Yusheng limps from under the gun +1, Zhang Yifan raises to 2,400 from +2 and takes the cutoff and limper to the flop 9♠ 5♥ 3♣ . A 3,100 c-bet gets rid of the cutoff to reveal the turn 9♦ that gets checked around to complete the board 9♣ . Having a boat with 7♣ 7♠ , Yusheng leads 5,700 and finds a call in Yifan's J♦ J♠ .

Jia Yuequan raises to 1,700 from +1 and takes two players to the flop 5♠ 5♥ 4♠ that gets checked around to the turn 9♣ . Big blind Fan Ben leads for 2,100, Jia folds and button Zheng Mingzhi raises to 7,200 which is enough to take it down right there.

Hazel Chui kicks off the action with a raise to 1,600 from the hijack and takes cutoff Zheng Mingzhi to the flop K♦ 7♣ 5♣ where she continues for 2,300 and finds another call from Zheng. The turn 9♥ has Hazel check jam 21,300 with A♠ K♥ and Zheng snaps to fill up the 5,000 lead already in the middle. The river 8♦ doesnt change anything and Hazel Chui is out for now. Late registration is still open until level 9.

Under the gun +1 Chua Chen Shen opens 1,600 and takes the blinds to the flop 3♦ 5♦ A♦ which gets checked to Chua who slides out a 3,000 c-bet. Only small blind Moon Gary Hyemyong pays up to see the turn 6♣ that has Chua fork out another 8,000 with yet another check-call by Moon. The 4♦ river is an action killer with both players checking and Chua finding his 5♣ 5♠ set outdrawn by Moon's A♣ J♦ flush.
