After a lengthy Day 2, the returning 64 player field played down to its final nine players with Chase Cup’s own Chase Cokaliong leading the charge. Utg John Leonao flicked in his 80,000 with K♦ J♦ , followed by a reshove from Edilberto Gopez for 235,000 with A♣ 5♣ . Small blind Martin B made the final call with A♠ Q♦ for a three way showdown. The board ran 9♥ 8♣ J♥ A♦ 3♦ , landing B the win to bust both Leonao and Gopez in quick fashion.

Facing a cutoff open from Edilberto Gopez, button Martin B moved all-in for his last 125,000 with 8♦ 8♠ and was called by the raiser with A♠ J♣ . Flop A♥ J♠ T♦ instantly leaned towards Gopez up until the turn rolled an 8♣ to turn the tables.

An all-in preflop situation saw Martin B call off with A♣ Q♠ up against Joshua Figuerres’ A♦ K♦ . In rough shape, B flopped top pair on T♥ 4♦ Q♥ J♣ 5♦ but was left drawing slim after the turn locked in the nut straight for Figuerres.

Utg+1 Florencio Campomanes opened to 24,000 and called off Martin B’s button jam for 223,000 total. B shows J♦ J♣ , dominating Campomanes’ 4♣ 4♠ . The board 6♣ T♠ 6♠ K♦ 8♦ offered no help for the underpair, earning B a quick double up.

Utg Martin B pushed all-in for 138,000 with T♥ T♠ and was called by Federick Cruz behind with A♣ Q♦ . At risk, B was awarded the double up the turn 9♦ 5♥ 4♥ T♣ K♥ gave him a set to take it down.

Following an utg open and a call, cutoff Martin B slammed his 75,000 stack in and was called by both players in front. On flop J♠ 2♥ Q♦ , original raiser AA Tan bet 80,000, called by Alvin Vestil behind. Turn T♦ saw both stacks pile in the middle for a three way showdown.
