Hong Yu Chen opened the button to 2,500 and the big blind was defended by Adom Issahakian.

Both checked through the flop of A♠ A♣ 3♦ .

An 8♣ hit on the turn, where Issahakian bet 2,500. Chen then put in a raise to 7,500. Issahakian called.

The river came a J♣ and both players check to a free showdown.

Issahakian tabled A♥ 5♠ for flopped trip aces to drag in the pot.

A flop ran out A♣ 9♥ 8♠ with around 26,000 chips in the pot, and Hong Yu Chen checked from early position. Adom Issahakian also tapped the table from middle position. Rintaro Kagawa then led out for 10,000 on the button, only to be jammed on for 28,000 by Chen. Only Kagawa came along for the ride.

Chen paired his ace-eight with the board and held the lead while Kagawa was in need of help.

Fortunately for Chen, the runout came clean 2♦ J♥ , securing him the sizable pot during the second-to-last level today.

Albert Nguyen raised from under the gun to 1,600 and Hong Yu Chen called on the button for both players to enter a flop of 6♥ 9♥ K♦

Nguyen continued with a 1,700 bet which was called by Chen to show a T♦ on the turn.

Nguyen checked, allowing Chen to bet 4,200. Nguyen then raised it to 13,800 but threw in three 5,000 chips.

Chen and the dealer were a bit lost in translation as to how much the bet was, so Joris Michl laid it out in chip terms, laying out his chips to show how much.

With that problem solved - Chen called to show a 7♣ on the river.

Nguyen moved all-in for 33,800 and Chen made the call.

Nguyen showed Q♣ J♣ for straight while Chen showed Q♦ 8♦ for a lower straight.
