Hong Kong player Julian Diamond Cheung lives up to his name as a budding poker gem, with a total live earnings record of USD 52,920. Cheung kicked off his poker career in 2017 in Macau, participating in the MBP Spring Challenge and PokerStars Championship.
Cheung went on a poker hiatus, returning in 2023 to win big. He entered APT Taipei and placed fifth in the Single Day High Roller 8 Max Event, cashing NTD 545,700 (USD 17,734)-his biggest cash to date. Cheung continued his Taipei winning streak at Poker Dream Taiwan, where he placed first in the NTD 73,600 + 6,400 Pot Limit Omaha Event #10, cashing NTD 320,500 (USD 10,360).
Cheung returned to APT Taiwan in 2024, placing in three events. He then played his first Korean tournament, APT Jeju, placing first in the No-Limit R-O-S-E Hyper Turbo 8 Max event, cashing KRW 2,904,160 (USD 2,099).
