Following an unexpected cancellation of the World Championship of Online Poker Main Events supposedly scheduled for last September 25, online giant PokerStars is returning to the scene this Sunday, November 6 with even bigger guarantees. The three Main Events initially advertised $2.5M, $4M, and $6M prize pools have now been bumped up to $3M, $5M, and $7M, respectively. While the delay seems to be unfortunate for some, more players can take advantage of the increased value and added time to jump in on the action.

Not only that but the major site has also added over $1M in Main Event tickets for all three buy-in tiers – $109 WCOOP Main Event (L), $1,050 WCOOP Main Event (M), and $10,300 WCOOP Main Event (H). A frenzy of satellites are available on the platform leading up to the awaited Sunday, covering different price ranges where anyone is sure to find one suitable to their bankroll. Feeder satellites to its direct qualifiers run round the clock, giving players multiple chances to lock in a seat to the less affordable Main Events. Considering the added value and more seats awarded, this year’s WCOOP Main Events will definitely make headlines as it awards lucrative top payouts for its awaited champions.

Leading network GGPoker continues to expand its following this time with a live partnership with UK casino, Dusk Till Dawn. The move comes in preparation for the comeback of the United Kingdom Poker Championships (UKPC) tour slated for this January 11 to 16, 2023. Buy-in is set at £560 with five starting flights on schedule, two of which will be played on the GGPoker site.

GGPoker is thrilled to partner with Dusk Till Dawn and ensure our players now have an opportunity of winning their way into the UKPC Main Event, one of the highlights of the UK’s poker year. There’s at least £500,000 to be won, and with satellites from $1, we hope to see some players turn a tiny online buy-in into a huge live score at the UKPC!”, said GGPoker UK & Ireland Head of Marketing Angela Martin in a press release.
