The World Poker Tour (WPT) concluded Day 6 of games at NagaWorld Phnom Penh, Cambodia with another three first time WPT winners crowned. We’ve got those stories down below.

ANDREJ DESSET outshines at Mystery Bounty, THOMAS LEE draws biggest bounty
Slovakia’s Andrej Desset bulldozed through the final table of the Mystery Bounty, eliminating six players to capture his maiden WPT title and the first place prize of USD 48,006. In addition, Desset scored 12 bounty rewards amounting to USD 19,500 for a total payout of USD 67,506.

After eliminating short stacks Le Ngoc Minh (9th) and Mr. Fendy (8th), Desset delivered a double knockout with 
dominating Kenji Hamamoto’s 
and Jianfeng Sun‘s 
. At four-handed, he cleaned out Michael Smith then lost his lead to USA”s Jason Kapoor who shipped a three-way.
During the hand, Kapoor’s 
held against Desset’s and Cao Ngoc Anh‘s 
. Cao was eliminated, Desset entered heads up on a deficit against Kapoor however it didn’t take long for him to regain control. Once back up, he grinded down Kapoor, earning a big pot with trips over a failed bluff. The final hand arrived. Kapoor all in on

Thomas Lee draws biggest bounty
On his second bounty draw attempt, Thomas Lee pulled the coveted USD 20,000 top reward! Lee was one of the strongest contenders for the title, knocking out five players on his way to the final table where he entered as chip leader. He went on to finish 5th for a payout of USD 11,831. Adding on the bounty total of USD 26,500, the largest bounty collection by any player, Lee earned a cool USD 38,331, putting him second in cash overall.
On a side note, Marc Rivera told SMP that while in line to draw, he suggested to Lee they split the bounties, Lee agreed. Good call by Rivera who walked away with an easy USD 10K.

Abhishek Goyal wins the Megastack
The Megastack event ran for fourteen hours before India’s Abhishek Goyal clinched it for his first WPT title. Goyal defeated Dmitrii Gnusaev in a swingy heads up battle that saw both players go pound for pound.

AAYUSH ARYA wins Deepstack 20/15/10/5
The Deepstack 20/15/10 debuted in Cambodia with 51 taking interest in the fast paced game. It pays to get to the felt early with blinds increasing every 20 minutes on the opening three levels, 15 minutes for the next four, 10 minutes for the next six, then 5 minutes for the rest of the game.
WSOP Online winner Aayush Arya from India overcame the rush to claim his first WPT trophy and victory outside of home soil. This was his second cash of the festival.
