Slated to run through February 5, it’s still not too late to catch the action with the crown jewel of the festival, the NTD 10,000,000 (~USD 321,000) guaranteed Main Event geared to play down in the remaining six days. The burly guarantee stands to be the biggest listed prize pool on schedule, taking up half of the NTD 20,000,000 (~USD 642,000) guaranteed festival pot.
Five qualifiers complete the Main Event run with the early bird flight, Day 1A booking a chart topping 707 entries. Last year’s games saw local runner Chia Yun Wu bag the Main Event victory after defeating Wei Kai Su in heads up play.
