Konstantin Held wins inaugural WPT Cambodia Championship
Germany’s Joshua McCully at heads up, walking away with a payout deal of USD 350,910 plus the $10,400 WPT World Championship ticket, and a membership to the WPT Champions Club.

Next stop for the new champion is EPT Paris. Last year, Held finished 6th at the Main Event and is looking forward to defending his deep run in hopes of turning it into another win.

WPT Cambodia – Festival Results
The first ever World Poker Tour (WPT) Championship in Southeast Asia ran from January 25 to 29, 2024 at NagaWorld Phnom Penh, Cambodia registering 760 entries over two starting days. This generated a record prize pool of USD 2,432,760, by far the richest WPT pot in the region.
On Day 4, the final table opened with Held backed by the largest stack. Shortest stackedAnthony Cierco was the first to go in 9th place, followed out by Kou Vang and Jianfeng Sun.
2023 rising stars Kyle Bao Diep and Amit Kaushik were next, falling 6th and 5th respectively, to lock up career high winnings. Kaushik was the first player to receive six figures. WSOP bracelet winner Motoyoshi Okamura finished 4th, leaving Joshua McCully, Florent Remi, and Held as the final three. An ICM deal was quickly reached with chip leader Held guaranteed the largest cut. Held went on to victory for his first major win on Asian soil.
