From a field of 1,095 entries, the 2026 WPT Prime Cambodia Championship is down to 15 players. Taking place at world-class NagaWorld Phnom Penh, the race to victory will see cards start flying at 11:30am with blinds resuming at 50,000-100,000 ante 100,000.
Like the first of two Championship events offered, the event drew 1,095 entries to easily cruise past the guarantee and generate a seven-figure prize pool of USD 1,051,750. When the finalists return, the minimum payout is USD 11,300 while on the line is the first WPT Prime title in Asia this year which comes with a lucrative USD 154,170 top prize and a seat worth USD 10,400 to the WPT World Championship at The Wynn Las Vegas.
The player with the best chance of claiming the title is Hwisoo Kim who enters with a massive stack of 6,750,000, equivalent to 67 big blinds. His closest challenger is Tomas Dedinas with 5,400,000 (54 big blinds).
Out of everyone in the lineup, only Dmitry Gromov carries a winner's badge for his victory at the 2011 WPT Vienna. Gromov enters with 1,150,000 (11 big blinds).
The final day opens at Level 27: 50,000-100,000 with a big blind ante of 100,000. Blinds increase every 60 minutes.
