On the river of a Q♣ 8♥ 3♥ K♦ 2♥ board, Pablo Beltran de Heredia check-calls the short stack all-in of Johan Lees while in the under-the-gun position. Lees flips over K♥ T♥ for the second nuts and it is good, as his opponent only has A♦ A♠ for a pair of aces. They basically swap spots but both remain below the starting stack.

On a heads-up turn of J♥ 6♦ 3♦ Q♦ , Pablo Beltran de Heredia bets and calls a raise to 11,000 by Minh Thai Ha. He checks the 5♦ on the river and Ha now fires a bet of 20,000 and his opponent sighs. After tanking nearly two minutes, de Beltran Heredia folds.
