On a board showing K♦ 8♣ T♠ K♠ 3♦ and a hefty 112,000 in the pot, Ali Hassan tanks to Xiao Liu's 120,000 bet. Hassan eventually finds reason to call then mucks to 8♠ 8♦ set.

With no action before her, cutoff player Pannasa Prempluem looks down at 3♦ 4♦ and min-raises. She gets called by the button then challenged by the big blind Ali Hassan for 2500. Only Prempluem calls and they head to the flop T♣ K♦ 7♦ .

Hassan continues for 1500, Prempluem test-bets a raise of 4000, Hassan isn't going anywhere and shoves well covering Prempluem who decides her 11,400 total chips is good enough to risk on draw. Hassan flip open A♠ T♠ and says good luck. That's exactly what she received with the turn Q♦ securing the flush and the double up. The river 6♣ was of no consequence.

The level switches over, a larger pot emerges in the corner of the tournament area. Ali Hassan bets the K♠ T♦ 7♦ 4♠ turn for 12,000 but then folds when Frederik De Linde Farrington from Denmark pushes all-in. The hand cuts Hassan's stack into half while De Linde Farrington nears two times what he started with.

David Larson raises to 500 and Robert Getz calls in the next seat. Ali Hassan bumps it up to 1,800 and Larson is the only caller. Heads-up to the K♦ 6♦ 3♥ flop, Larson checks and subsequently calls a bet of 700. Larson checks the 4♥ turn and folds when Hassan bets 3,500.
