Day chip leader Dong Li continues to hold the reins, once again on top of the list with a massive chip count of 12,700,000 onto the Final Day. Li has been a dominant force across the table all day, playing postflop aggressively while also unafraid to gamble against shorter stacks. With nearly 40% of the chips in play, Li stands to be in pole position to secure the KRW 300,000,000 (~USD 215,400) top prize, WPT Trophy, and the prestigious WPT Main Event Ring.

On turn T♠ , Li went for another 600,000, and snap called Hu's 2,300,000 all-in. Hu revealed K♥ T♥ , crushed against Li's boat T♣ 7♥ , all the way through river 9♣ .

Takeo Kimura open shoved 1,000,000 and was challenged by chip leader Dong Li. This time ahead, Li booked another loss as the turn K♦ J♦ 9♥ A♦ 8♦ paired up Kimura's ace for the win.

Dong Li opened on the cutoff, and called Hongshuang Hu's 1,500,000 all-in. Another pocket pair battle, Hu's better holdings held for the win as board J♣ 9♠ 6♦ 4♠ T♣ felted no deuces.

A fourway raised pot dealt flop 7♦ 7♣ 4♣ . Action checked to Yong Li, who bet 250,000, called behind by Dong Li. On turn A♠ , Yong Li opted to check call for 900,000, and arrived at showdown shortly after Dong Li checked back river 4♦ . Yong Li revealed 8♥ 8♦ , good against Dong Li's 6♥ 6♠ .

Baojie Lin open shoved 1,800,000 in on the cutoff, and saw Zhikang Dai behind call off for his lesser 1,600,000. A pocket pair battle, Lin's ladies left no hope for Dai, having instantly flopped a set on board Q♥ 2♦ 3♥ T♠ 8♦ .

Dong Li defended his hijack open and called an 800,000 three bet from Chenxiang Miao on the small blind. Li called another 650,000 on flop Q♣ J♣ 7♠ , and went for a 750,000 bet on turn J♦ after Miao put in a check. Miao opted out, earning Li yet another pot.

Dingding Guan shoved 960,000 in against Zhikang Dai's utg+1 open and saw the latter make the call. A huge favorite, Guan secured the double with no sweat as board ran 3♠ 6♣ J♠ 8♠ Q♣ .

Zhikang Dai opened on the cutoff and saw Dong Li defend his big blind, revealing flop K♥ K♣ 7♥ . Dai continued for 100,000, check raised by Li to 325,000. Dai made it 1,100,000 to go, and Li completed. Both checked turn 6♦ through to river 3♦ , where Li led 500,000. Dai surrendered, shipping the pot to his opponent.

The two-day highlight, WPT Super High Roller, has officially reached its money phase with the final seven players secured a piece of the KRW 595,840,000 (~USD 426,145) prize pool. Five hours of play cruised by before China's Wanyu Zhang rose to claim the victory, defeating Ning Xin across the final duel for the title. Zhang kicked off the day with the lead and closed out the win in style, earning him KRW 78,534,000 (~USD 56,165) in top prize winnings, the WPT Trophy, and the coveted WPT Ring for his dominating run.

Dong Li raised all-in on the small blind, and saw Feng Xiang right behind call off for his last 470,000. Slightly behind, Xiang failed to catch up on board T♠ 9♥ Q♣ Q♥ Q♦ , leaving him to miss the final table cut by one.

Dong Li opened to 175,000 on the hijack, and called off Chuang Hao's 1,415,000 shove right behind. Dominated, Hao found no help on board J♠ 2♥ 4♠ 5♦ 7♦ , ending his Main Event run short of the final table.

Andrew Matahira opened on the hijack, and Ng Kwok Chun called for his last 115,000, along with big blind Chuang Hao to complete the action. Board J♥ 9♦ 2♥ A♥ J♠ was checked to the river, where Matahira bet 105,000. Hao laid it down, revealing Matahira's trip jacks J♣ T♠ , crushing Ng's K♥ K♣ by the river.

With 720,000 already in the middle across board Q♦ 7♣ 3♦ 5♦ , action was seen on Dong Li with a bet of 350,000. Dingding Guan on the big blind, check raised to 800,000, yet folded after Li moved all-in.

Action folded to Hongshuang Hu on the small blind, who opened to 240,000. Dong Li behind put in the call, and called another 150,000 on flop 3♠ 3♥ 2♣ . On turn A♣ , Hu opted to check call a 175,000 bet from his opponent, and check river 9♣ once more. Li checked it back, and muck as Hu revealed two pair A♠ 2♦ .

Dong Li opened to 160,000 utg, joined by big blind Hongshuang Hu on flop T♠ 6♠ 5♠ . Li continued for 150,000, and went on to barrel another 400,000 on turn Q♥ . Hu called the initial street but let it go as Li proceeded with aggression.

Dong Li completed on the big blind vs Feng Xiang's utg open and headed to flop T♠ 2♦ K♠ . Both checked it through to turn 9♦ , where Li led for 200,000. Li barreled a final 250,000 on river 2♣ , with Feng calling both streets, only to take the loss as Li tabled two pair K♥ 4♥ .

On the feature table, Tianjiao Fang risked his stack with pocket tens and was up against Zhikang Dai's A♣ 2♣ . While Fang remained ahead on flop T♣ J♦ 3♦ with a set, the runout 5♦ 4♣ landed Dai a runner runner wheel straight to deliver his elimination.

Baojie Lin defended his big blind vs a utg open from Hongshuang Hu, and check called another 200,000 on flop K♦ 2♦ Q♥ . Hu barreled another 600,000 on turn T♥ , and left Lin unable to continue with his remaining 11 BB.

A three way raised pot led by Baojie Lin dealt flop K♥ T♥ J♦ . Lin continued for 130,000, check called by Chuang Hao on the big blind. Both checked turn J♠ and river 9♦ to showdown, revealing Hao's rivered straight Q♣ T♣ for the pot.

Dingding Guan opened on the button and saw Hongshuang Hu defend his big blind. On flop T♥ 8♦ 7♦ , Hu led 150,000, called by the raiser. Turn T♠ was checked by both to river 4♠ . Hu checked to Guan, who opted to bet 325,000. Hu put in the call with 7♣ 6♣ , good against Guan's busted flush draw A♦ 5♦ .

Dingding Guan opened 160,000 on the button and saw both players on the blinds put in the call. Flop K♦ 3♦ 8♣ was checked round to turn 7♣ , where Baojie Lin led for 160,000. Only Hongshuang Hu continued to river 3♠ , where he bet a final 280,000. Lin check called, only to muck as Hu revealed two pair K♣ T♣ .

Hongshuang Hu opened to 120,000 utg, called behind by Chuang Hao along with the big blind. On flop K♠ 3♣ 3♥ , Hu continued for 100,000, and was met with a raise from Hao to 225,000. Hu completed and faced another 250,000 bet on turn J♠ from his opponent. This time, Hu check raised all-in for 835,000 total, and shipped the pot after Hao tank folded.

A preflop back and forth between Dingding Guan and Zhongyao Li saw the latter make the final call for his entire 1,300,000. Running a classic flip, Li missed to find any of his overcards on board 7♥ 2♥ J♣ 4♥ T♣ , knocking him out from the Main Event games entirely.

Hongshuang Hu open shoved his last 430,000 and was called behind by Dong Li. At risk, Hu earned the much needed double up, with his queen high straight on board J♣ 8♣ 9♥ T♥ 7♠ taking it down.

A three way all-in on the feature table saw two casualties - Sergei Kim (725,000) and Linghui Dai (565,000), fall to Zhikang Dai. Board ran Q♦ 4♦ T♠ 8♦ 9♣ , leaving Dai's straight good for the double bust.

Hongshuang Hu opened on the cutoff and went on to jam against Tianjiao Fang's 325,000 three bet. Fang called ofd for his entire 1,370,000, and was in for a flip for his tournament life. Fang's pocket pair held on board Q♠ 8♦ 5♥ 5♣ J♥ , shipping him the sizable pot. Hu survived the damaged, but is down to 6 BB.

Zhiyuan Zhang opened to 110,000 on the small blind, joined by Chenxiang Miao behind on flop T♦ 7♠ 2♥ . Zhang continued for 100,000, raised by Miao to 325,000. Zhang answered with another raise to 900,000, and went on to tank call for the rest of his chips following an all-in from his opponent.

Crushed against Miao's two pair, no help came on either turn 6♠ or river J♥ , eliminating Zhang in 17th place.

Hongshuang Hu defended his big blind against Dong Li's utg open and headed to flop 7♦ T♠ 5♠ . Both players checked to turn 5♦ , where Hu led 150,000. Li put in the call and arrived at showdown shortly after river 6♣ was checked through. Hu flipped over K♦ 6♦ and won the pot against Li's A♣ Q♥ .

Action folded to small blind Sergei Kim, who opened for 110,000. Ng Kwok Chun behind, used up two time banks, and eventually raised all-in, earning him the pot uncontested.

Feng Xiang stuffed 650,000 in against Zhiyuan Zhang's cutoff open and saw the latter make the call. A huge favorite, Xiang cruised to a double up as board K♥ 7♣ 3♠ 6♠ 6♦ ran on the felt.

A blind vs blind battle saw Hongshuang Hu call a 150,000 open from Yong Li a seat before and head to flop Q♦ J♦ 9♣ . Li led all-in, called by Hu for his remaining 650,000.

Zhiyuan Zhang defended his button open and called a 350,000 raise from chip leader Chenxiang Miao to see flop T♥ 8♥ 6♣ . Miao continued for 300,000, called by his opponent. No bets went in on either turn 8♦ or river Q♦ , revealing Zhang's pair of queens K♥ Q♥ for the pot against Miao's A♥ J♣ .

A blind vs blind battle saw Chenxiang Miao open to 100,000 and call 200,000 more following a three bet from Yukako Hiroi. On flop 5♠ 4♣ 3♠ , Miao check raised to 750,000, and snap called Hiroi's 2,500,000 all-in with 6♣ 6♥ . Hiroi is in trouble with A♥ Q♥ , and succumbed to her fate as turn 4♦ and river 3♦ missed to improve her ace high.

Dong Li opened utg and was met with a 1,015,000 shove from Zhikang Dai on the button. Li folded, refusing to gamble 25 BBs off his stack, showing A♦ T♥ .

Sergei Kim moved all-in for 220,000, called by Yukako Hiroi. Jie Zheng reshoved for a larger 800,000, and Hiroi put in the call as well for a three way showdown. Board 9♦ 5♥ 7♣ A♥ Q♥ spared Kim from elimination with a timely backdoor flush, while Zheng wasn't as fortunate as he headed out in 19th place finish.

Dong Li opened on the button and saw both players on the blinds come along on flop K♠ T♠ 7♠ . Li continued for 70,000, check called by Zhongyao Li. On turn J♠ , Zhongyao Li called for another 110,000, but folded on river K♥ as Dong Li pulled a final 225,000. Dong Li showed two pair Q♠ Q♦ .

Yukako Hiroi opened utg and called a 240,000 three bet from Jie Zheng behind. On flop 4♠ 7♠ 3♣ , Hiroi check called another 200,000, revealing turn 2♦ . Both checked it through to river 4♦ , where Hiroi led 600,000. Zheng surrendered, saving his 17 BB behind.

Yukako Hiroi opened and called off Fan Shi's 250,000 all-in, putting the latter at risk. Board 9♣ 2♣ 4♠ Q♣ A♣ missed Shi completely, leaving him out in 21st place finish.

Sergei Kim defended his open and called a 175,000 three bet from Zhiyuan Zhang behind. On flop J♦ T♥ 4♥ , Kim check raised all-in following a 150,000 cbet from Zhang, and saw the latter call off for his entire 685,000.

Facing a late position open, Huashu Ke moved all-in from the small blind and saw Zhongyao Li right behind push likewise. Initial raiser got out of the way, leaving the two to run board K♣ 2♠ 5♣ 7♦ 4♠ . Ke exits in 23rd place, having failed to improve his dominated ace.

Yiyu Zhou flicked in his last 20,000, followed by a raise to 80,000 from Zhikang Dai. Hongshuang Hu on the button, bumped it up to 180,000, and saw Dai complete. On board K♥ 3♥ 2♠ 7♣ , Hu double barreled - 125,000 and 275,000, with Dai unable to continue by the turn bet. Hu revealed top set K♠ K♦ , leaving Zhou's 6♥ 8♣ drawing dead.

The race for the WPT Main Event title is slowly taking shape with Day 4 seeing its 667-entry field down to three tables remaining. Only five minutes into the 23rd level saw yesterday's action wrap up following the exit of Uzbekistan’s Valeriy Pak, leaving its 79 survivor list to start the day, down to 24 players. All Day 4 qualifiers are now guaranteed KRW 10,500,000 (~USD 7,510) in cashes, and continue to be a step closer to the KRW 300 Million (~USD 214,560) top prize.

China’s Dong Li kicks off the games with the lead, having dominated Day 3 from start to finish. Li wielded his big stack with ability and continued his ascent level per level, to eventually reach bagging time with a towering 4,500,000 (112 BB) chip count. Chenxiang Miao follows behind with 3,840,000 (96 BB), joined by Yong Li with 2,315,000 (57 BB), to round up the top three counts.
