Main Event

While the Isabelle Ladies Event is currently on break with 19 players out of 35 entries remaining, another tournament is close to reach the conclusion for this evening. The turbo heat 1d of the Main Event closed with a field of 26 entries and that is already whittled down to only seven hopefuls. Four of them will advance to join the other 34 survivors of the previous flights, including the dozen of Day 1c.

The final 19 players have been sent on a scheduled 15-minute break. Once the next contender bows out, they will combine to two tables and the Shot Clock comes into play. Day 1c will conclude with the top 12 finishers advancing.

The total number of entries with 79 has remained the same during the dinner break and 34 players are back in action now. With the start of level ten, the late registration has closed.

Any poker enthusiasts still interested in joining the event can do so in the turbo heat 1d, which is currently up to 20 entries with 19 players remaining at the end of level four. All players bowing out from Day 1d can also go straight back in, too.

Nine levels of 40 minutes each have been completed and the 79 entries of Day 1c have been whittled down to the last 34 contestants. Whether or not either figure will change remains to be seen as the registration is still open until the action resumes at 6.30 p.m. local time.

In the Isabelle Ladies Event, there are 20 players out of 22 entries remaining while the Turbo Heat 1d is up to 12 entries in level two.

With a field of 70 entries so far, there are only 46 players remaining after a frantic opening stage in the first six levels. All those with chips at their disposal have been sent on a scheduled 15-minute break.

The opening stages of the third flight have been promising with up to 39 entries, of which 35 players remain. They are now on their first scheduled 15-minute break of the day.

The button is in seat number nine and the first five players are in their seats for the third out of four starting days inside of "The Platz". Will any of these early entrants be able to surpass the 541,000 chips accumulated by Sungmin Ha yesterday?
