The Manila Super Series 19 Main Event festivities has drawn to a close with local runner Joemark Vasay clinching the win after defeating Renniel Galvez in heads up play. Vasay’s impressive victory comes in following of his Season 14 win last March 2022. Vasay this time takes home a bigger PHP 1,807,000 top prize along with an APPT package to boot.

Joemark Vasay defended his big blind vs Renniel Galvez’ 700,000 open and headed to flop T♥ 3♥ A♣ . Galvez continued for 550,000, check called by Vasay. Both players checked turn 9♥ and river 8♥ through, showing down Vasay’s J♥ J♣ for the win.

Utg Renniel Galvez opened and called off big blind Harish Asnani’s 975,000 jam with K♦ Q♦ . Harish with 5♦ 5♠ was in for a flip and saw the board run Q♣ T♠ 4♥ Q♠ J♣ , giving his opponent trip queens for his elimination.

Cutoff Alvir Inocentes shoved his 10 BB stack in with A♥ 5♦ and faced big blind Renniel Galvez’ 9♠ 9♥ . Behind, Inocented flopped a straight draw on 7♠ 3♠ 2♠ Q♦ 6♠ but bricked the turn and river to exit one spot from the bubble.

Following an utg limp, An Sangjin put in a raise to 6,500, called by a player behind. Big blind Renniel Galvez squeezed all-in for 36,500 total and saw only An put in the chips.
