Poker Dream Golden Dragon Trophy
Five days into Poker Dream 23 Taiwan and the room at Win Win Poker has already delivered dragons, a slew of champions, a charity celebration, and enough poker to fill a highlight reel. But everything so far has been the warm-up act.
Today, the Main Event begins.
The PD23 Taiwan Main Event gets underway at 11:00 with the TWD 25,000,000 (~USD 790,000) guaranteed prize pool on the line and the Golden Dragon Poker Dream Trophy awaiting its champion.
At the inaugural PD Taiwan, local player Peng Sen Wu championed the event and locked up a career high TWD 4,600,000 (~USD 151,000). No past PD Main Event champion has been spotted yet which means there is a high chance that a new face at the top of the podium is guaranteed.
Main Event Flights
Aâ™ always, Poker Dream offers many chances at winning with twelve starting flights spread across July 1 to 4 - but not all flights are the same. Two buy-in tiers are on offer: TWD 18,000 (~USD 570) for the standard 10% ITM flights, and TWD 27,000 (~USD 850) for the enhanced 15% ITM flights that give players both a better shot at the money and the widest path to Day 2.

Satellite Your Way In
Not ready to go straight to the full buy-in? Milestone Satellites are running throughout the series to give players a cheaper path in. The S12 Milestone Satellite runs today at TWD 6,300, S13 runs tomorrow on July 2 with 10 guaranteed seats up for grabs, and S14 on July 4. That's three chances to lock in a TWD 27,000 Main Event seat for a fraction of the price.
The Dream Bonus Has Been Upgraded
The Dream Bonus is back at PD23 Taiwan - and it has never been more rewarding. Bag a second time and you collect TWD 54,000 plus a multiplier tied to your bagging stack. Bag a third time or more and that number jumps to TWD 108,000 with an even more generous multiplier on top. The concept is simple: the more you play and the bigger you bag, the more you earn - even before Day 2 shuffles up.
The Road to the Final
All survivors combine for Day 2 on July 5, playing down to 16 players before the Final Day on July 6 settles it all. One player gets the Golden Dragon and joins the exclusive list of PD champions that includes three-peat Nishant Sharma, Zarvan Tumboli,Dingxiang Ong, Chik Faff Chan, Joshua Tan, and Rudy Edenata to mention a few.
The time is now. Go get your seat.
