Sean Ooi opens 100,000 from the cutoff, Zhao Hongjun three-bets to 300,000 and a call from Ooi reveals the flop 9♥ T♣ T♠ where a 200,000 c-bet from Zhao gets check called for the turn 2♠ . No bets there take us to the river K♣ where Zhao Hongjun lays out a hefty 950,000 that gets the job done.

Under the gun +1 Yu Xiaotong makes it 40,000 and Sean Ooi defends his small blind to see the flop 4♠ T♠ 9♦ . Yu continues for 35,000, Ooi check-raises to 150,000 and Yu jams a massive 735,000 with K♠ J♠ and a ton of outs. Ooi snaps with mid set 9♣ 9♥ and starts sweating. The dealer tables 7♥ and Q♣ , giving Yu Xiaotong a straight and catapulting him from the brink of death to the top ten in chips.

Big stack Sean Ooi opens 32,000 from under the gun, Liu Yayun three-bets 75,000 from the hijack, the small blind cold calls and Ooi fills up as well. The flop T♦ 2♣ 6♣ gets rejected by all three players and we see the turn 8♥ . Ooi puts out a feeler for 65,000, Liu calls and the small blind gets out of the way to complete the board 3♥ . When Ooi checks, Liu Yayun makes a last ditch effort to steal the pot with Q♥ 9♣ for 65,000, but Sean Ooi calls with 4♠ 4♦ to scoop the pot and leaves the former chip leader with 3 big blinds.

Under the gun +1 Song Ying kicks off the action with a raise to 32,000, Sean Ooi makes it 80,000 from +2, but surrenders the pot when Song Ying four-bets to 180,000.

After just winning a juicy 300,000 pot the hand before, Sean Ooi is at it again with a raise to 24,000 from the button to take small blind Ye Chen to the flop T♣ 4♥ Q♠ . What follows are three barrels from Ooi and three check-calls for 40,000, 90,000 and 190,000 through the turn 4♣ and river 7♦ with the last one being a snap call by Ye Chen, who throws his hand in the muck after Sean Ooi flips over K♣ K♥ .
