Main Event Day 1B is a wrap with the final 7 players moving on to the ITM round established. Zhichen Yu bagged the biggest after knocking out Yaojiang Wang just before the bubble round.

To end the flight, Che Jiaming eliminated Hong Gang and became the first player to earn a Dream Bonus reward of ₩9.4 Million for bagging multiple stacks. Che also qualified at Day 1A with slightly lesser chips.

Level 17 saw no significant action with 9 players remaining and two busts to ITM. Short stacked Ge Yunqing shoves his last 7 bb and finds no callers. Che Jiaming continues to command.

On a flop 9♠ 9♣ 5♥ with a raised pot preflop in the middle, Zhichen Yu bets 15,000 and Chen Danqui check-calls. On the turn 8♣ , Chen leads out 30,000,Yu answers with a bad timing shove as Chen snap-calls with a 6♦ 7♠ straight. Yu has A♣ 3♣ flush draw that misses on the A♥ river.

Two players are all in at separate tables. Pang Ruizhi A♠ 5♣ did not improve against Ge Yunqing's Q♣ Q♠ to plunge to 3 bb, while at the other table Sim Kok Wai A♥ 4♥ fell to Zhichen Yu's K♠ Q♣ on a board J♣ T♣ 8♠ J♦ Q♦ .

Utg Jargalsaikhan Nyam Ochir opens and Pag Ruizhi defends on the big blind. At the flop 9♠ T♠ 4♣ , Jargalsaikhan c-bets 5000, Pang check-raises to 15,500, Jargalsaikhan tank-calls. The turn 6♦ sees Pang shove that's met with a quick fold.

Yang Leigang opens 4000 and goes to the flop 6♣ A♥ K♠ with caller Che Jiaming. Yang lays out another 4000 bet that's called by Che. On the turn 8♠ , Yang's larger 11,000 bet is challenged with a shove from Che, Yang calls for his tournament life.

On a board showing 5♠ 5♦ 6♥ 9♠ and 9000 already in the pot, Jargalsaikhan Nyam-Ochir raises it up from 4800 to 9600, Zhang Jinze calls and head to the river Q♦ . Zhang opens 6000, this time Jargalsaikhan just calls and shows the winning hand.

Pound for pound between Yang Leigang and Wei Guoliang opens with a 2700 raise by Yang from hijack. Big blind Wei calls and off to the flop A♥ Q♥ 6♣ .Yang c-bets 1500, Wei check-raises 3700, Yang gives it a thought then calls.

On the turn J♥ , Wei leads out 3500, Yang raises to 8000, Wei fires back with a shove, Yang calls for his tournament life.

Three players in for 7000 each preflop see the cards land 7♣ J♣ A♥ . Che Jiaming c-bets 6000 and gets check-called. On the turn 5♣ another follow up 11,000 bet from Che and this time wins the pot outright.

Big blind Shi Wenbin defends the big blind by calling the preflop raise then shoves on the flop K♣ 2♣ J♦ .Yu Lingjian calls and shows J♣ 7♣ , Shi is way ahead with K♦ J♥ ,the turn 8♥ and river T♦ keeps Shi on top to bank a double.

After dropping down in a previous hand, Heng Qiao shoves the last of it with 5♠ 6♦ and fails to get past Zhao Wei's K♥ K♦ on a board 5♣ 4♦ T♥ T♠ J♥ to head out.

WSOP bracelet winner Wei Guoliang is in the house and will not bet scared out of the pot. Calling Chen Dangui's preflop raise, the board goes on to complete A♦ Q♦ 3♠ 2♥ Q♣ . Wei check-calls every street 1600, 3600, 7600 and wins with top pair.

The nines nearly pull it off however Sim lands the higher pair on the river to ship a double up.

Three players call a raise and see a flop A♥ 7♥ 4♣ . Ge Zhigang shoves 4100 and only Roh Sung Ho is up for the challenge.

Hand opens with a 1200 raise from cutoff Yang Yi, small blind Tang goes all in for his last 2000, big blind Shen Qianrong and Yang call. Yang quickly bets the flop 9♠ 5♣ J♥ but Shen folds to deny the side pot.

Xu Wei three-bets from the button and initial raiser Wang Jingyi calls to bring them to the flop 7♣ 9♥ K♣ . Xu continues for 2100, Wang uses up a time bank before calling then both slow down on the turn 3♣ . Not the case however on the river J♥ with Wang leading out 4000, Xu raising to 8000, Wang gives up his hand.

Three players in on a raised pot initiated by Xiao Liu who then c-bets 1300 on the flop A♦ 7♦ T♦ . Only Liao Xi calls and heads to the turn T♣ . Liu fires 4500 which doesn't shake off Liao as they go to the river 8♠ . Barreling for the third time, Liu bets 10,000, Liao is covered, using up two time banks before calling for everything.

From utg+1 Yang Leigang opens for 700 and gets two players to join to the flop 9♣ 5♠ 7♦ . Yang continues for 1100 and both callers find reason to see the turn 8♦ . Following two checks, cutoff Xu Wei value-bets 3000 and both players check-call as the dealer drops the river 3♠ . Checked to Xu again who makes it 4000, this time only Ziwei Chen calls.
