Li Pei is the new chip leader after the break with 1,140,000 chips, and is the only millionaire so far. Of the 48 ITM players who came back to play for the Day 2 Final, only 23 still remain standing. The chip leader at the start of the day was Pham Bao, but a few big hits has reduced his stack to just around 300,000. Such is poker. The chip lead may help a player get deep in the tournament, but it doesn't necessarily guarantee a championship. There's still much poker to play, and maybe Pham Bao will bounce back.

Meanwhile, joining Li Pei at the top is Chua Chen Shen, who is second in chips with 925,000. Wang Chongyang and Nicholas Michael are tied at the third spot with 770,000.
