Another double up for the short stacked Eli Chang (4 bb) with 5♦ 5♥ dodging Cheuk Kim Tsang’s K♦ T♣ over cards.

Yang Hsin Shih risks his 10 bb stack with A♦ T♦ and is dominated by Cheuk Him Tsang’s A♣ K♦ . The board brings no help to Tsang as it runs out 7♣ A♣ A♠ 6♣ 4♦ . Shih misses the final table by one spot.

A few hands after tripling up, Wai Loon Ng lands a double up by cracking Philip Wang’s aces. Wang raises from the button, Ng shoves from the small blind, snap-call Wang.

After paying a costly double up to Tin Yao Lin, Wai Loon Ng found a spot to get it all in. Action opens with under the gun Nien Heng Li raising to 80,000, utg+1 Philip Wang three-bets to 275,000, small blind Ng shoves with 115,000, big blind tank-shoves with 840,000. This is enough to get Li and Wang to fold for heads up.

The board runs 5♥ 3♣ J♦ 8♥ A♥ for a runner runner flush to Ng. He triples up to 425,000.

Another double up at table 2 with Cheuk Him Tsang’s 9♦ 9♥ dominating Ka Shun Tsang’s pocket Sixes for a double up.

Nien Heng Li raises to 80,000, Wei Chun Lai three-bet jams 310,000, Philip Wang joins in with a 750,000 shove, which is enough to force out Li.

From under the gun, Ting Yao Lin raises to 80,000, utg+1 Wai Loon Ng three-bets to 160,000, back to Lin who jams and Ng snap-calls. Ng opens J♦ J♣ and is behind Lin’s K♦ K♥ . The board runs 7♦ T♠ K♠ K♣ 8♦ for overkill quads to Lin.

Down to 8 bb, Eli Chang pushes and lands a double up with 9♦ 9♥ dominating Yang Hsin Shih’s 4♣ 4♠ .

11 players left at the break. Ka Shun Tsang in command with 1,800,000.

The field is down to 13 players. While we missed the first two busts, we did catch Jia Yu Liu falling to Yang Hsin Shih. Shih had picked up a double up before this hand to climb to over 400K. By the time Liu was all in, Shih had him covered. Shih’s 8♣ 8♠ further improved against Liu’s overcards A♥ J♣ on a board 5♥ 8♦ T♥ T♣ 4♥ .

Ka Shun Tsung continues to beef up his stack. He picks up another pot by railing She Long Pan with T♥ T♠ staying ahead of A♣ 3♥ .

After paying a costly double up to Yeh Yi Chen, Kar Wee Chee’s final hand was delivered. He was all in with K♠ 9♥ , Wei Hsin Yu had him dominated A♣ 9♣ , the board 2♥ J♦ A♥ 6♦ 7♦ .

Action folds to the small blind Yeh Yi Chen who raises to 75,000, big blind Kar Wee Chee three-bets to 175,000, Chen flats. On the flop 4♠ J♠ T♣ , Chen check-calls a 95,000 c-bet by Chee. On the turn K♦ , Chen checks again, Chee shoves, Chen tank-calls for his tournament life. Chee has A♠ 6♣ bluff, Chen K♥ Q♥ two pair. The river J♦ secures the huge double up for Chen to welll over a million in chips. Chee plunges.

Battle of the blinds, Ka Shun Tsang and Cheuk Him Tsang went at it on this hand. According to small blind Cheuk, he check-called big blind Ka Shung the entire way, 50,000, 80,000, and when the board completed 8♠ 5♠ 3♥ K♣ 8♥ , Ka Shung fired a huge 320,000 bet. Cheuk tank-called and mucked to Ka Shung’s 5♦ 5♥ full house.

Blinds are up again with 19 players remaining. Just a few more busts and they compress down to two tables. There has been a shift in leadership with Wai Loon Ng leading with 1,020,000 and Kar Wee Chee down to 900,000.

Nien Heng Li cleans out Huai Sheng Lee with J♥ J♦ standing strong against A♦ J♠ on a board that completed 9♥ K♥ 5♣ 7♣ 8♥ . This sent him up to 800,000. Shortly after, Ting Yao Lin with A♣ J♥ doubled through Li’s Q♦ Q♥ on a crazy board K♦ K♠ A♦ A♠ 2♠ .

Justin Geronimo and Eli Chang are both all in, Phillip Wang tanks and nearly makes the call then opts to fold while showing 6♦ 6♥ . Geronimo opens A♦ 7♦ , Eli Chang ahead with T♥ T♠ , when the flop dropped 5♥ 6♠ 9♣ , Wang is visibly frustrated that he didn’t call. The turn 4♣ and river Q♠ secures the double up for Chang. Shortly after, Geronimo busts out.

Every time we pass by Ka Shun Tsang’s table we see his stack just a bit more than previous. His stack is up again, and we did see him raking in a pot and a player headed for the cage. Tsang is second chip leader with 850,000.

Blinds up, 24 players remaining spread over three tables. Kar Wee Chee maintains his chip lead with 1,360,000. Looks like Chee shaved down Yang Hsin Shih who is down to 385,000, The closest to Chee is Ka Shun Tsang with 630,000.

On a flop 9♣ T♠ 4♠ and around 100,000 in the pot, middle position Wei Hsin Yu bets 30,000, button Wai Loon Ng and big blind Wai Keong Yong call. All three players check the turn J♣ and river {100h}. Yong has 7♣ 6♠ missed draw, Yu has A♠ J♦ top pair, Ng mucks.

From utg +1, Ting Yao Lin shoves his 116,000 stack and down the round, Justin Geronimo tank-calls. Lin is ahead A♠ Q♣ of Geronimo’s A♦ 9♦ . The board runs K♣ 4♠ 7♠ 2♠ 2♦ to ensure the double up for Lin.

Kar Wee Chee claims another player’s stack. This time it was Tzu Chiang Chen busting out to the leader with 8♠ 7♦ pair on the flop that was burned on the river by Chee’s K♣ T♣ . Board was J♥ 8♣ Q♣ 5♦ K♠ .

After a 15 minute break, blinds are up. 26 players remaining with average stack at 355,769.

Kar Wee Chee becomes the first player to hit a million in chips. Catching the action on a turn board 8♠ 4♠ K♦ 9♥ and around 110,000 in the pot, Chia Hui Tu bets 54,000, Chee raises to 120,000, Tu shoves, quick call from Chee. Tu opens A♥ K♠ , Chee is ahead K♣ 9♣ two pair, the river 3♥ doesn’t help Tu.

Fallouts are slowing down, only 5 at the previous level to bring the field down to 32 players. Currently sharing the chip lead are:

On a board showing 7♠ K♦ J♦ J♠ 4♠ , Ruo Tian Lee all in, main pot at around 120,000 and side pot at 50,000, Wai Keong Yong bets 60,000, Justin Geronimo tanks then convinces himself he needs to pay to see. Yong opens up 7♣ 7♦ full house, Geronimo had K♥ 2♥ , Lee eliminated with T♣ 9♣ .

Philip Wang is all in with K♣ 8♦ , he is called by Lai T♠ T♦ and Kai Cheng Hsu A♥ 8♥ . With the board running K♠ 8♣ 2♠ Q♦ K♦ , Lai and Hsu check it down. Wang triples up.

At the livestream table, Chia Hui Tu shipped the pot on board 7♦ 8♦ T♣ K♦ Q♥ . Tu had K♣ Q♦ , Dicky Tsang was eliminated. Tu chipped up to 310,000.

Blinds are up, 37 players remaining. Average stack is 250,000. Kar Chee Wee continues to lead with nearly 700,000, Yang Hsin Shih has now jumped to second in command with 635,000. Ka Shing Tsang in third rank with 600,000.
