All three KPC Main Event starting flights have played through the first twelve levels, with Day 1C seeing an additional 42 qualifiers onto Day 2. The fast-paced last heat wrapped up by the stroke of midnight with Japan's Minoru Murano holding down the lead. Murano rose to the top rank by the last hour of play and was the sole runner across the last flight to breach the 300K mark. The last few hands however, saw him suffer a blow against Tam Lek Lon to shoot down to 235,000, still enough to sit atop the Day 1C leaderboard. Hong Kong's Chun Hung Chan trails closely behind with 220,000, followed by Taiwan's Wan Yu Lo with 208,500, to round up the top three spots.

Action resumes tomorrow, November 24th, 12 noon, for nine 60 minute blind levels across Day 2.

With 32,000 in the pot across board T♦ 3♦ 4♠ J♣ , chip leader Minoru Murano bet all-in, and saw Tam Tek Lon call off for his 56,000 behind. Murano ahead with K♦ J♦ against Lon's J♥ 9♣ , suffered the blow as river 9♥ gave his opponent two pair to escape elimination.

Tat Yiu Chan limped utg and Xiaohui Wang checked his option, revealing flop A♥ 9♠ 7♦ . Both checked it through to turn 7♥ , where Wang led 3,000. Chan raised to 9,000, and went on to barrel a final 14,000 on river 3♠ . Wang called down, and shipped the pot with a boat 9♣ 7♠ as Chan tabled only two pair A♣ Q♥ .

Jieming Xu fired a 25,000 three bet against Yuan Sun's early open, and saw the latter continue to flop A♣ 2♦ 3♦ . Xu bet 30,000, and successfully convinced Sun to lay it down.

Jiang Pu opened and called off Jijun Wang's 28,500 all-in behind. Crushed against a monster pair, Wang was spared from elimination having paired up his ace on board Q♣ Q♠ 5♦ A♠ 9♣ .

Chun Hung Chan fired a 12,000 three bet from the big blind against Kennie Tay's utg open and saw the latter complete. Tay. called another 12,000 on flop 3♦ 4♥ 6♥ , and arrived at showdown after turn A♥ and 2♦ were checked through. Chan showed J♦ J♠ , and won the pot as Tay mucked.

Xiangrong Wang open shoved his 37,000 stack and was called behind by Wan Yu Lo. Wang at risk, failed to catch up on board K♥ T♦ 3♣ 2♥ 5♠ , eliminating him from the running.

Chen Yu Hung pushed his last 14,000 in on the cutoff and was called behind by Haitao Wu. Hung with the rockets, cruised to victory as board 2♥ T♦ 3♣ 6♣ J♥ ran dry for his opponent.

With a 26,500 pot centered around board T♣ 3♥ 6♠ 2♠ 5♠ , action was seen on Erdun Xu with a bet of 8,500. Aghayev Farhad called behind, only to muck as Xu revealed nut straight 7♥ 4♥ .

Facing an open and a call, Park Yu Cheung shoved 14,500 from the small blind, and was looked up by caller Siu Fung Man. Slightly ahead, Cheung failed to dodge elimination as board J♠ 6♦ 3♥ 8♣ 5♦ landed his opponent top pair for the win.

Vying for 10,500 in the middle across board 3♥ 6♦ 4♠ 8♦ , Heng Qiao on the big blind, led 4,000, and called off his 20,500 behind following an all-in from Yingzi Wang.

The river 8♥ wasn't the card Wang was looking for, leaving Qiao to scoop up the 40 BB pot.

Tae Hoon Han opened to 3,000 on the cutoff, joined behind by Siu Fung Man to flop J♦ 4♦ T♣ . Both checked it through to turn 7♣ , where Han bet 6,500. Man raised to 15,000, and Han called to see river A♦ . Man bet a final 12,000, and shipped the pot after Han check folded.

Jian Wang opened to 4,500 utg+1 and was called behind by Wan Yu Lo along with the big blind. On flop J♠ 5♥ T♣ , Wang continued for 5,000, raised by Lo to 20,000. Big blind folded, and Lo raised all-in for 5,500 more. Lo called with A♥ J♣ , and bagged the win against Wang's Q♠ J♥ as turn T♠ and river A♠ completed the board.
