Xiaqing Ji

Xiaqing Ji proved himself to be one of Goddess Fortuna’s favorites. During the first 15-minute break, he cracked a bounty egg worth KRW 50,000,000, the second-highest amount of the event. But that was only the beginning.

By the second break, the early climax of the day arrived as Ji went after the Jackpot Bounty of KRW 100,000,000. Riding his friend’s luck, he let his companion choose an egg for him, and it paid off spectacularly, producing the mouth-watering top bounty amount.

Tang's Journey Towards the Glory

Right after emerging victorious in the Women’s Event at APT Jeju 2025 a few months ago, Tang added another title to her growing résumé in this highly acclaimed event, leaving no room to doubt her skills.

Tang truly showcased her wits, guts, and grit throughout the day’s action. Entering the final table as the second-largest stack, she maintained her strong position and momentum, later scoring a key elimination when her pocket tens held firm against Patrik Demus’s pocket sixes.

Patrik Demus

Her fearless play continued against Xu Pan, when she faced a three-bet and refused to back down. With the board running out with a spade flush, Tang shoved on the river, forcing a snap-fold from Pan. She then revealed offsuit pocket tens, making it clear she wasn’t just playing it safe; she was capable of pulling off bold bluffs, too.

By the end of an intense day, Tang’s combination of skill, courage, and strategic acumen had carried her to the top. Overcoming a field stacked with poker elites and navigating high-pressure situations with precision, she not only claimed the “We Poker” Dragon Egg Mystery Bounty title but also reinforced her status as one of the most formidable players on the circuit.

Tang’s victory, marked by decisive plays and fearless aggression, will be remembered as one of the standout performances of the Jeju Poker Festival 2025.
