The record-breaking APT Incheon 2026 Main Event reaches its conclusion today inside Paradise City Casino Resort, where nine players will return to compete for the largest prizes from the KRW 3,008,540,000 (~USD 2,148,960) prize pool.
A field of 1,393 entries has been reduced to the final nine, each already guaranteed at least KRW 38,580,000 (~USD 27,560). The eventual champion will collect the KRW 523,720,000 (~USD 374,085) top prizeand lift the prestigious 24K gold APT Main Event Lion Trophy.
The top three finishers will also receive seats to the USD 10,000 APT Championship Main Event in Taiwan this November.
Hong Kong’s Stephen Pang begins the final day with a commanding lead after accumulating 13,550,000, worth 85 big blinds. Pang holds almost a quarter of all the chips in play and enters his first APT Main Event final table looking to add a second tour title to his victory in the Tick Tock BOOM! event at APT Taipei 2026.
China’s Shoumin Zhang is the only other player with an eight-figure stack, returning with 10,585,000 after eliminating Daming Kang on the final-table bubble.
Japan’s Tempei Kotani sits third with 6,935,000, while Shinichiro Kano returns close behind with 6,190,000. Kano finished fourth in the APT Taipei 2025 Main Event and has cashed in every APT Main Event staged so far in 2026.
