Heads-up on a completed board of 5♣ 6♠3♣ K♠3♠with over 10,000 in the middle, Tomokatsu Kumano checked from the big blind and Woliang Ji bet 6,000 from the cutoff.

Jirundon slowed down and checked after the 8♥ filled out the board, prompting Hung to announce a hefty 14,000 wager. Jirundon wanted nothing to do with it and mucked, conceding the pot to Hung.

When Chien Chih Weng opened to 1,200, four times the big blind, from under the gun, she didn't expect a lot of players to join her to see the flop. She looked visibly frustrated as one by one she saw Tsun Kit Wong, Kim Hyuk, Maxim Lykov on the button and Naoto Ito in the small blind to call.
The dealer fanned out a monochromatic board showing 7â™ 6â™ 3â™ . After a series of checks, Hyuk fired 1,800 which Lykov called. When action got to her, she was visibly frowning when she raised it to 6,000. She was able to push out everyone except Lykov who called.
Both players checked the 2♠turn and the A♦ river. Weng turned over K♠T♠for king-high flush prompting Lykov to muck his hand.
A huge smile spread across Weng's face as she scooped the multi-way pot.

Zou led out for 1,000 on the 4♥ river and Mitsugi made it 3,800 to go. Zou moved all in for 4,600 total and Zou apparently put in a chip and turned over Q♣ 6♣.
Zou tabled K♣ T♦ for a straight, but there was some confusion as Mitsugi didn't seem to know Zou had more chips behind. It was decided Mitsugi called Zou's river shove and Zou was awarded the double up.

Ungchusak got out of the way, but MIyazawa didn't take long to cut out a five-bet to 16,600 and place it into the middle. Undeterred, Nakashima moved all in for a bit under 40,000 total, sending Miyazawa deep into the tank.
After using up a couple of time extensions, Miyazawa slid his cards into the muck. Nakashima took one last peek at his cards before collecting the pot without showing.

Welcome back to Paradise City Resort, where two of the four starting flights for the 2026 APT Incheon Main Event have already been played to completion. So far, the Main Event has drawn a total of 669 entries - 165 from Flight A, 222 from Flight B, and 282 OnLive entries. Of those, 161 players have secured a spot in Day 2, while 39 OnLive qualifiers have already advanced directly to the money and Day 3.
Faring the best across the first two starting flights was Singapore’s Shawn Cheng Hong Lee, who bagged 329,000 after a stellar Flight B performance. Hong Kong’s Ka Lok Lam (304,900) and Japan’s Shota Nakanishi (287,000) round out the current top three, while Japan’s Takayuki Akamatsu (who led Flight A) sits fifth overall with 241,000.

Further down the leaderboard, a number of accomplished players have also secured their seats for Day 2, including Napat Chokejindachai (107,600), recent WSOP bracelet winner Adriaan Jacobs (104,700), Natural8 ambassador Nevan Chang (98,100), and four-time APT champion Hal Rotholz (89,000).
Flight C is set to get underway at 11 a.m. local time and features a faster structure than the first two opening flights. The first six levels will last just 30 minutes each before the pace slows to 45-minute levels from Level 7 onward.
Players will start with 40,000 in chips, with Level 1 beginning at 100/100 with a 100 big blind ante. There are two scheduled 15-minute breaks on Flight C, coming after Levels 4 and 7, with a total of 10 levels scheduled to be played before players bag and tag for the evening.
Flight D, which follows an identical structure to Flight C, is set to begin at 6 p.m. Late registration for the Main Event will close at the start of Level 2 on Day 2 (Aug 12 at ~12:15 p.m.), so there is still time for any last minute entrants to hop into the fray.
