The action folded around to Murly Manokharan in the cutoff, who opened the action with a raise to 300. The small blind quickly got out of the way, but Chih Feng Li opted to defend his big blind with a three-bet to 1,000.

Manokharan made the call, and the two saw a flop of 9♦ 9♣ 5♥ . Li continued his aggression with a 700 bet, which was enough to convince Manokharan to lay it down after some thought.
