Day 2
Gia Nguyen Ace-King Eliminates Tan
Everyone folded to the blinds, and Gia Trung Nguyen raised to 106,000 from the small blind. Dong Van Tan, in the big blind, responded by shoving all-in for his tournament life.
Dong Van Tan: K♠ 6♥
Gia Trung Nguyen: A♠ K♥
Seeing Nguyen’s dominating hand, Tan let out a frustrated sigh, anticipating a tough outcome. The flop came 8♣ 2♥ Q♥ , keeping Nguyen ahead with ace-high. The turn 9♠ changed nothing, and the river K♦ sealed Tan’s fate, sending him out of the tournament.

Unorthodox Lead Leads to Win
Vietnamese regular Van Tan Dong opened from early-position and got three-bet by the Indian Romit Advani in middle-position. Dong called and both players saw the T♠ 6♣ 6♥ flop. Dong checked and Romit continued with a 14,000 bet. Dong called.
The turn brought the 3♠ and instead of the expected check from Dong, the Vietnamese player put out a 34,000 donk bet. Interesting line by him, which worked out as Advani layed down his hand.
