Saquing On The Road To Recovery

Level 7: 400 / 800 ante: 800
Moses Saquing

Nellie Park raised to 1,600 from the button and Hidenari Tomita called from the small blind. Then, Moses Saquing re-raised to 6,100 in defense of his big blind. Park made the call and Tomita stepped down.

Heads-up to a flop of A T J , Saquing led for 3,000 and Park called to find a K on the turn. Both players double-tapped to see a free 6 on the river. Saquing fired 11,000 and Park took her time to assess the situation then threw a chip to signify a call.

Saquing showed A 2 for top pair and Park mucked her hand with a K somersaulting on the table for all to see. Saquing took down the pot for a near double-up.
