All five qualifiers for the PHP 55,000,000 (~USD 1M) guaranteed APL Main Event have wrapped up with the final heat bringing in the largest field of 218 entries. Another 92 players survived the initial eleven levels, bringing the Day 2 count to 265 runners.

South Korean contenders once again dominated the field, claiming the top five spots of the Day 1E leaderboard. Inkyu Choi finished on top with a chip count of 299,600 (187 BB), having seized the lead with two last minute eliminations right as the day closed. Compatriot Jiwoon Yoon follows behind with 220,500 (138 BB), along with Chan Woo Min just shy of 200,000.
