Homegrown poker festivals are thriving in Vietnam, and in just a couple of weeks, the place to be is the Vietnam Series of Poker (VSOP) Championship VI. Pegged by players as the coolest looking poker room in Hanoi, the VSOP’s upcoming series features a lucrative ₫12 Billion (~$483,000) in combined guarantees. This is the richest Championship series prize pool announced by the poker room, up ₫2 Billion from its previous edition.

Adding to the event’s appeal are the buy ins which accommodates players of all types of bankrolls. Tournaments start from as low as ₫2.3 Million (~$92) to ₫55 Million (~$2,200). In total, 20 titles are up for grabs including the series highlight ₫5 Billion guaranteed Main Event. Mark your calendars as the ten-day series draws near, running from November 18 to 27, 2022.

This year has been tremendous for the VSOP with its homegrown festival guarantees rising in just several months from ₫2 Billion to a mighty ₫10 Billion. In July, the room experienced its first international festival with the Asian Poker Tour hosting a ten-day series that eventually paid out an enormous ₫43.8 Billion (~$1.86+ Million).

For the upcoming games, the VSOP teams up with the APT once again to give players a chance at winning an APT Da Nang Main Event Passport. We have those details below including other promos and schedule highlights to look forward to. Click the link for the full lineup of events.
