Wall to wall action at the inaugural WPTDeepStacks Hanoi as players filled up host venue Crown Poker Club for the last two entry flights of the Warm Up Event. At the completion, a headstrong 357 entered across four starting days to crush the advertised VNđ 1.5 billion guarantee for a much richer VNđ 2,181,630,000 (~US$ 94,630) prize pool.

Next stage of the race is on Sunday, April 18 with 45 players returning led by Day 1C chip leader Nguyễn Sáng. While everyone is guaranteed to cash a minimum VNđ 11,100,000 (~US$ 481), players will be aiming for the glory and the VNđ 460,830,000 (~US$ 19,989) first prize. To catch the action, tune in to the Crown Poker Club facebook page where the final table will be live streamed.

Of the four starting days, Day 1C and Day 1D drew the largest crowds. Many familiar faces were scattered around the room such as Cao Ngoc Anh, Tony Khoang, Terry Nguyen, and Eric Billgren to name a few. Among the advancing players was Vietnamese pro Pham Bao whose long list of achievements included WPT side event wins. Pham bagged up the second largest stack of Day 1C.
