Manila Megastack 20: Ryan Tan Leads 30 Flight Survivors Into Mystery Bounty Day 2
The 20th edition of the Manila Megastack continued with another set of games running at Okada Manila in the Philippines. The highlight of Day 4 was the Mystery Bounty with the final flight drawing a big crowd. Here are the highlights.
Manila Megastack 20
The second key event of Manila Megastack 20 was the Mystery Bounty with Flight B which took place on December 2. After a full 17 levels of play, the starting field of 151 got reduced to the final 23 entering the final day. Ryan Tan accumulated a whopping 518,000 to slide into the top of the leaderboard followed by Vivencio Nachor Jr. bagging 449,000, and Jose Colada – after an early exit – making good use of his additional bullet to bag up the third highest with 318,000 to his name.
A total of 193 entries over both flights brought the prize pool well above the guarantee with a final ₱3,294,896 (~US$ 56,000) to be distributed among the 30 finalists. The top spot will take home at least ₱440,000 from the regular prize pool and a share of the bounty pool ranging from the lowest ₱26,000 up to the largest one of ₱250,000.
The final will start at 12:00 noon on December 3 going all the way to the end when the winner will be crowned.
