Korean pros Steve Yea and Seungmook Jung sign with Bluff & Catch
With live poker thriving in Korea, organizers have been seeking out players to best represent their brand. Late last year, high profile Korean pros both signed a one year sponsorship agreement with Korea poker media outlet Bluff & Catch. Jung shared,
“It is an honor to be appointed as ambassador for a media that presents a new paradigm. I will take the lead in developing poker into a culture in Korea.”
During the signing in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, Jun Young Park, CEO of Blankhill Entertainment Co. Ltd, the company that runs Bluff & Catch said,
“It is an honor to be with two players in Korea who are recognized by others… We had these guys in mind as the best players to represent our brand. With the domestic live poker market growing rapidly each year, we have a responsibility as the only poker media in Korea, and we will work to establish a healthy position in the mind sports field with the ambassadors.”
