The past two weeks have been buzzing with excitement as the World Series of Poker 2020 US$ 10,000 No Limit Hold’em World Championship draws near. Since the big announcement, online poker platform Natural8 on the GG Network, home of the 51st WSOP, has been running satellites and step satellites for as low as $.50 leading up to the starting day. While that is something to be very hyped up about, there’s more. Players now have a chance at winning a Main Event seat for free!
That’s right. Free. Exclusive to players on Natural8 is a WSOP Main Event Freeroll with the winner awarded one highly coveted US$ 10,000 Main Event ticket. This is a one time opportunity to secure a spot at no cost and turn it into the grandest poker dream. The exclusive freeroll takes place on November 28 at 20:00 (HKT). Late registration is open for two hours. Eliminated players will be allowed to rebuy at US$ 1 and add-on for US$ 1. At the time of writing, over 1,200 players have registered.
In addition to the freeroll, Natural8 will award a Team Bling Sponsorship worth up to US$ 100,000. Team Bling was formed during the 51st WSOP. Natural8 bracelet winners were each inducted into the team and awarded sponsorship packages. To be part of this exclusive band of champions, all you need to do is to sign up to Natural8 and win the international segment WSOP Main Event Final Table for a US$ 30,000 Team Bling Sponsorship. When you triumph further and win the Heads Up Championship, you will receive an additional US$ 70,000 sponsorship and Team Bling captainship.
WSOP 2020 Main Event
Like the 51st WSOP, the Main Event will run on two online platforms, WSOP.com for US players geo located in New Jersey and Nevada, and on Natural8 – GG Network for international players. Both segments will run the same structure. Starting stack is 10,000 with 100-200 starting blinds and level intervals running a lengthy 30 minutes. Late registration is open for six hours. Starting days conclude at the end of Level 16. For those that power through to Day 2, it plays down to the Final 9. See the international segment schedule below.
