Syzghanov continues for 3500, Motoyoshi Okamura and small blind Raffaele Sorrentino call, then the turn 4♠ is checked by all. On the river 4♥ , Sorrentino leads out 10,500 and wins the pot with no callers.

Sorrentino is dragging in the chips, Syzghanov ask what he had, Sorrentino says "Ten-Ten", this gets a laugh from Syzghanov who asks again a few minutes later and Sorrentino laughs while giving the same answer.
