James Toby McCann defends his small blind with a three-bet, under the gun player Issam Fayad calls to bring the action to the flop 2♥ T♥ 2♠ . McCann continues the aggression with a bet of 12,500 and Fayad calls. The turn 7♠ has McCann fire 17,500, Fayad tanks then opts to fold saying he had pocket queens. He didn't show while McCann says "just this time" then flips open A♠ A♥ as he ships the pot.

Over on table 14, a larger preflop contest is brewing when Issam Fayad gets his stack into the middle for what appears to be more than 90,000. He is looked up by Kristopher Rundquist and vaults out of the chair when exposing his A♥ K♥ .

Rundquist also jumps up after exposing the A♥ Ah and retains a strong lead on the 9♥ 3♦ 2♠ flop. The 6♥ turn is about as sweaty as it can get, but there is no upset on a blank 3♠ river.
