Erwan Regnault is all in from the button for about 65,000 with K♣ J♥ , and he needs to improve to stay alive against the A♦ T♠ of Jungsup Yun in the big blind.

The board comes 9♣ 7♠ 2♥ 8♠ 8♥ , and Regnault turns a gutshot straight draw, but improves no further. Yun wins the pot with his ace to eliminate Regnault from the tournament.

Following a raise of 8000 from Yunkyu Song, cutoff player Shai Arbel three-bets all in holding 5♦ 5♣ . A few spots over on the big blind, Erwan Regnault does the same and covers Arbel. Song folds. Regnault has A♦ Q♣ for a flip.

With the board landing K♠ T♦ K♥ K♦ 7♥ , Arbel survives to double up as Erwan plunges.

Joris Michl raises 2500 then calls Erwan Regnault's 8,000 re-raise. They take it to the flop 2♦ T♦ 8♥ where Regnault continues for another 8000 and Michl check-calls. Both players take it easy on the turn 6♥ then Michl leads out 17,200 on the river 3♦ . Regnault gives it some thought then tosses his hand to the dealer.

With the final board showing T♥ 7♣ 3♥ 7♠ K♠ , Erwan Regnault bets 20,000 from middle position, and Gary Guerrero thinks for a while before he says, "If you have it, you have it." Guerrero calls.

Regnault turns over 8♥ 7♥ for trip sevens, and Guerrero rechecks his cards and waits a surprisingly long time before he mucks. Regnault wins the pot.

After some preflop betting, the player in the cutoff reraises to 2,800, Leo Soma calls from under the gun, and Erwan Regnault reraises from middle position to 11,700.

The cutoff calls, and Soma moves all in for 52,600. Regnault calls all in for 45,200, and the player in the cutoff folds.

Regnault turns over A♦ A♣ , and needs it to hold to stay alive against Soma's A♠ K♠ .
