The board shows Q♣ 7♦ J♥ 5♦ and 21,500 in the middle. Japan’s Koki Tokuda checks his option first to act from the lowjack as Chen Xinhong of China leads out for 11,000. Tokuda then check-raises to 30,000 which sends Chen into the tank. After much thought, the Chinese players opts to fold.

China’s Chen Xinhong has it folded to him on the button and raises it to 2,400. Both blinds call.

The flop comes Q♦ 8♥ 2♠ as the blinds check. Chen CBets to 4,200 and gets called on the sb of Australian Louise Ingram. The caller in the bb folds. It is heads-up to the turn where the T♠ arrives. Both check. The river is the K♦ and this time Ingram leads out and unloads 5,000. Chen folds.

In a battle of preflop raises, Chen Xinhong of China is all-in with A♠ K♣ while Daniel Skoglund of Sweden is dominated with A♦ Q♥ .

The runout had other ideas, however: 8♥ 7♣ 8♣ 2♦ 7♠ as both players are only playing the ace for a chop.
