The runout goes: Q♠ 6♣ 3♥ 7♦ 8♥ as Jian’s Cowboys dodge the last two aces in the deck and eliminates two competitors in his wake. The Singaporean now has over 162,000 in chips.

With the pot a 7,000 on a flop of K♦ Q♣ 9♦ , a 3-way shove occurred with Australia’s Johan Lees in the sb showing A♦ 7♦ for the nut flush draw, Nguyen Van Xuan of Vietnam with J♥ T♦ and the nut straight on the flop and overall chip-leader Huang Bo Hao holding two-pairs with K♥ 9♥ .

The turn is the 5♠ but the river is the K♣ with Huang filling up and dealing the killer blow to oust two and having his stack go all the way up to 265,000.

After a limper from the +1 enters, Australian Johan Lees makes a raise to 1,200 from the hijack and is greeted with a 3-bet to 4,600 by Daijiro Fukuoka of Japan in the sb. The orginal limper opts to get out of the way as Lees makes the call.

The flop shows 7♣ 6♣ 4♥ as Fukuoka barrels anew for 3,500. Lees calls. The turn is the K♥ and the player from Japan is unrelenting as he fires again, this time for 5,500. The Australian opts to fight another day.
