WPT Main Event Day 1B registration is officially closed with 207 entries recorded across the first eight levels. China's Xinxin Jiang currently stands in the lead by the last break of the day, stacking nearly three times the average stack.

One more flight is set to run through tomorrow, November 18, to wrap up the qualifying rounds.

WPT Main Event players have been sent off to a one hour dinner break, with play set to resume at 6:35 pm local time. 113 runners out of the 170 entry field continue to be in contention, with wild card Jieming Xu leading the charge. Today's action is set to conclude following four more 60 minute levels onto Day 2.

A fourway raised pot battled on flop A♦ 5♥ 6♣ . Action was checked to raiser Chao Wu, who bet 1,000. Zhihua Yang called behind and found Zhaoqing Sun check raise to 3,700. Only Yang continued to turn K♦ , and shortly arrived at showdown after Wu checked back river 4♦ .

Another multiway raised pot on flop Q♣ 7♣ 6♠ was seen on the tables, with action checked through to turn A♣ . Two stacks quickly piled in the middle with Zhihua Yang at risk for his last 31,000 against Linghan Yu.

Drawing to a dead club draw, Yang exited the arena shortly after the river 4♣ landed his opponent the nut flush.

Qingbo Gao on the other end, demanded for his opponent's entire 40,100, and saw the latter call off with two pair 9♣ 8♥ . Gao is left drawing to three outs with Q♥ 9♥ , which didn't come on river J♠ .

Zhihua Yang opened to 900 from late position and called a 3,000 three bet from Hidetomo Wada behind. On board 2♦ 2♠ 8♥ T♦ , Wada bet both streets - 3,000 and 6,500, and left his opponent unable to proceed by the second barrel.

A three way three bet pot led by Jieming Xu saw a flop of A♥ 4♠ 5♦ . Action was checked to Xu, who bet 5,000. Initial raiser Zhihua Yang continued to turn 6♠ , and led out 7,000. Xu clicked back to 14,000, and went on to call a final 35,000 on river 2♦ . Both players reveal a rivered straight for a split pot.
