Hoang Hai Nam opens utg to 16,000 and small blind David Erquiaga shoves for 166,000. Hoang calls with 7♦ 7♠ and Erquiaga shows A♣ K♥ . The board runs out 2♥ 7♣ 6♣ 8♠ 7♥ giving Hoang quads and busting out Erquiaga.

Hijack Hoang Hai Nam opens to 16,000 and is called by button before small blind Jang Sumin three bets huge to 129,000 leaving only 8,000 behind. Hoang calls and button folds. Flop is 8♠ 3♣ 6♦ and Jang shoves for last 8,000. Hoang calls showing A♠ Q♠ and Jang rolls over T♠ T♣ . The turn is K♣ and river drops the A♣ giving Hoang the come from behind win to eliminate Jang.

Mike Takayama opens cutoff to 17,000 before button Hoang Hai Nam three bets to 55,000. Flop is 7♠ Q♥ 2♣ and Hoang c-bets 32,000. Takayama check folds.

Ngo Hieu opens cutoff to 12,000 and csds called by small blind Hoang Hai Nam and big blind. They see a flop of T♦ A♥ 2♣ and Ngo c-bets for 20,000. Only Hoang calls. Turn is 3♣ and now Hoang donk leads for 41,000 and takes it down.

Action folds to small blind Mike Takayama who opens big to 20,000 and Hoang Hai Nam defends the big. They see a flop of K♠ 9♦ Q♠ and Takayama continues for 23,000 before Hoang raises to 70,000. Takayama calls and they see K♣ on the turn. Hoang open rips it and Takayama lays it down.

Utg Hoang Hai Nam opens to 5,500 and gets called by the cutoff. Button Lin Yu then comes with a huge three bet to 50,000 and only Hoang calls. The flop is a low board of 7♠ 2♥ 3♠ and Lin c-bets 30,000 before Hoang check raises to 81,000. Lin claps back with an all in and Hoang calls with 8♣ 8♦ . Lin shows A♥ T♠ and they see the turn 2♣ and river 6♦ . Hoang's eights hold and Lin is eliminated.

Utg+1 Mok Jo Seng raises to 4,000 with 7♠ 9♠ and gets called by hijack Hoang Hai Nam with T♥ 8♦ and big blind. The flop brings A♣ T♠ 8♣ and Mok continues for 6,000, only Hoang calls. Hoang fills up on turn 8♥ and bets 16,000. Mok check raises to 40,000 and Hoang calls. Mok unfortunately makes the straight on 6♠ river and open rips it for remaining 62,000 and is called off by Hoang's house of eights.

Cutoff Hoang Hai Nam opens to 2,500 and button Grant Gardner three bets to 8,000. They see a flop of T♥ J♥ A♣ and action goes check check. The turn comes K♥ and Hoang takes it down with a pot sized bet of 17,000.
