Sun open jams and Nguyen calls showing A♣ 7♣ for top two pair, but gets shown the bad news when Sun rolls over 6♦ Q♠ for a turned trip sixes. The river brings no help in the 2♣ and Nguyen is knocked out in second place.

Sun Yunsheng opens button to 200,000 and Nguyen Van Tung calls from the big. They see a flop of 2♥ 5♣ T♠ and Sun c-bets for another 200,000. Nguyen check calls and they check the turn J♦ and river 3♠ . Sun shows down A♥ 5♠ for a pair of fives with ace kicker which beats Nguyen's 5♦ 7♦ .

Button limps and Nguyen Van Tung raises from the big to 220,000 to take it down preflop.

Nguyen Van Tung opens button to 160,000 and Sun Yunsheng calls from the big. The flop is a paired 8♥ J♠ 8♦ and Nguyen continues for 125,000. Sun check calls and they both check the 6♣ turn. The river comes 5♥ and when Nguyen bets 350,000, Sun snaps it off. Nguyen shows K♠ J♣ for top two which beats Sun's missed gutshot of Q♦ 9♠

Sia Soon Lee shoves his small stack from the small for 360,000 with J♠ 5♣ . Nguyen Van Tung defends with 9♠ T♠ and they see a board of 9♦ 4♠ 2♥ T♥ 4♦ . Nguyen hits top two pair and sends Sia home in 4th.

Won Jungsun jams cutoff for short stack of 270,000 and Nguyen Van Tung calls from the big with A♣ 2♣ . Won has K♦ Q♥ and the board runs out 7♦ 7♣ 3♠ J♠ 9♣ to bust Won Jungsun out in 6th.

Nguyen Van Tung opens cutoff to 125,000 and Won Jungsun defends the big. Both players check the flop of J♥ 3♠ 5♦ and they see a turn of 2♣ . Nguyen puts out a delayed c-bet of 100,000 which Won clicks up to 230,000 before Nguyen comes back with an over the top shove. Won lays it down.

Action gets to the button who raises to 130,000. Nguyen Van Tung three bets from the small to 280,000 and after using one time bank, Sun Yunsheng calls. The button folds and the two players see a flop of 2♥ 2♠ A♠ . Nguyen continues for 175,000 and Sun makes the call. Both the turn 7♠ and river 6♣ check through and Sun's T♣ T♠ wins at showdown against Nguyen's 4♥ 4♠ .

Nguyen Van Tung opens cutoff to 100,000 before Shim Hui Cong shoves 425,000 from button. Nguyen calls with A♦ Q♦ and Shim has A♠ 9♠ . The board comes Q♥ K♠ 8♣ 2♥ J♠ and Nguyen busts out Shim.

Nguyen Duc Thanh opens button to 100,000 and gets called by Nguyen Van Tung in the big. The flop is 5♥ 8♠ 3♦ and Van Tung check calls the c-bet of 90,000 from Duc Thanh. The turn 8♥ checks through and river comes 4♦ . Van Tung now leads for 200,000 and takes it down uncontested.

Nguyen Van Tung opens cutoff to 80,000 with K♣ 4♣ and Mike Takayama calls the big for his last 30,000 with Q♥ 8♦ . The board comes 7♦ 6♠ 5♥ T♣ A♠ and Takayama is out in 9th.

Mike Takayama looks down at A♠ Q♠ and jams utg, but Nguyen Van Tung wakes up with A♣ K♥ and calls for his tournament life. The runout is 2♣ J♣ 9♠ 4♥ 6♥ and Takayama is left with scraps.

Utg Nguyen Van Tung opens to 50,000 and gets called by both blinds. The flop is 4♠ T♦ 8♦ and Nguyen continues for 70,000. Only Sia Soon Lee calls from the small. The turn comes 4♣ and Nguyen fires again for 160,000 and Sia check calls. River is 7♥ and it checks through. Sia turns over A♠ T♣ for two pair and Nguyen mucks.

Nguyen Van Tung opens utg to 40,000 and gets called by the small blind before Siarhei Chudapal rips it from the big for 285,000. Only Nguyen calls and he shows Q♥ Q♣ to have Chudapal in bad shape with his 8♦ 8♠ . Chudapal doesn't improve on the board of 2♠ A♠ J♦ 4♣ 6♥ and his journey at the Single Day High Roller comes to a close.
