Ki Taek Kwon More Than Doubles

Level 13: 2,000 / 3,000 ante: 3,000

Four ways to the 9 8 4 flop, Ki Taek Kwon was all-in for 24,000 from under the gun. Kai Liu moved all-in over the top from the button and both bigger stacked blinds folded.

Kwon's K K had some sweat as Liu had a piece of the board with the 9 6 . However, the 2 turn and J river no threat for Kwon to double.

Liu Takes From Choi Before the Break

Level 7: 400 / 800 ante: 800

Following a min-raise and two callers, Woon Gyu Choi three-bet to 4,000 and Kai Liu was the only caller. On the K J 4 flop, Choi bet 1,700 to earn a call and bet another 2,200 on the T turn. Liu now raised to 4,700 for his opponent to call.

Choi checked the K river and reluctantly paid off a bet worth 6,500 by Liu, then mucked his Q Q when Liu showed A Q for broadway.
