Day 1C
Another Two Seat Open in Quick Succession
A short stack was all-in after the K♥ 7♠ 5♥ 8♥ turn and tabled the 8♦ 7♦ in showdown, up against Kiwook Kang with the 7♥ 3♥ for a made flush. The player at risk had some outs to a full house but the 3♣ river was a blank.
Shortly after, the table then lost Jingon Kim to Tsukasa Endo, who jumped up the leaderboard.

Day 1B
Jingon Kim Eliminated by Sungmin Ha
Jingon Kim three-bet an open raise to 35,000 and Sungmin Ha in the big blind then moved all-in with the far superior stack size. It folded back to Kim, he pondered about the next move for a few seconds and called all-in for around 140,000.
Kim groaned when he saw the pocket aces on the other side of the table and could not find any help on the J♣ T♠ 7♦ flop. The A♦ turn increased his outs from two to four, but the Q♣ river was not among them. Ha's lead ballooned further while Kim bowed out in 15th place with ten advancing.
