Level 11: 1,000 / 2,000 ante: 2,000

Yosuke Itok was all-in for 16,500 and Jihwan Kim called only for Japan's "Vivi" to shove over the top, which Kim called. Itok was at risk with the best pocket pair while Kim's ace-jack flipped against the 7 7 of Vivi as well.

Manwoo Park Takes From Jihwan Kim

Level 6: 300 / 600 ante: 600
Manwoo Park

Manwoo Park defended the big blind against a button raise by Jihwan Park and check-called the T 8 2 flop for 2,000. He did so again for 4,500 on the Q turn and the 5 river was checked. The bigger stack showed the T 3 and it was good to further boost the current chip leader.

Jihwan Kim Among the Early Chip Leaders

Level 6: 300 / 600 ante: 600

With around 17,000 in the middle to the T 7 5 9 turn, Jihwan Kim checked out of the big blind. Japan's Yosuke Itok bet 12,500 only for Kim to move all-in with his large stack. Itok went deep into the tank and the clock was called on him. Thirty seconds ran down to zero and his hand was dead.
