Taehong ha was eliminated and Yohan Trens followed suit, then walked over to Jaejoon Yang to spill the beans. Yang was involved in a heads-up pot to the J♥ 6♦ 2♦ 6♣ 5♦ river on which he called a bet of 2,500 by Kiwook Kang.

The latter turned over Ace-Nine but Yang won the pot with the 8♣ 8♥ .

"Queens against five-seven, he turned a straight," Trens told Yang after the hand.

On the tail end of a Q♠ 6♦ 2♠ T♦ J♠ board, Jin Wook Lee checked and Jaejoon Yang bet 8,000. He was then check-raised for most of Lee's stack and reluctantly called only to muck versus A♣ K♣ for broadway.

Mid-way through the second level, the field has increased to 16 entries and they are spread evenly across the two tables. Latest notable to join the action was Jaejoon Yang, who is going for attempt number three after the bullets on Day 1a and Day 1b were not crowned by success.

Sungmin Ha had re-entered and doubled his stack with a hero call against Jaejoon Yang when his Q♥ 6♣ had the superior kicker on the 9♥ 6♠ 4♠ 5♦ turn. The river was the J♣ and Ha doubled.

Right after that on new blinds, chip leader Hyukjin Kwon raised to 3,700 and Hyun Ho Cho called all-in for 3,200 with the 9♦ 8♦ . Kwon only had 9♣ 7♠ and Cho prevailed on the 4♥ 4♣ 2♣ 5♠ 8♥ board.

New on the table is Nana Nakamura, who took a short break after her third place in the High Roller.

Tae Yeon Kim had been eliminated earlier on and re-entered to get back onto the same table. He got it in good with A♦ J♣ against the A♥ 9♥ of Jaejoon Yang but the A♣ 9♣ 3♠ Q♥ A♠ runout gave Yang a full house.

A short-stacked Xu Joan was all-in with Q♠ T♠ but had turned a straight on the K♣ 9♣ 3♥ J♠ 3♣ board to crack the A♠ A♥ of Jaejoon Yang. However, the chips didn't last long as he then got it in with A♣ 8♥ against the T♠ T♣ of Jae Young Jeon. The board ran out 9♣ 4♠ 2♣ J♠ 6♦ and that spelled the end for Joan.

Five players eventually emerged to kick things off with the clock running and the initial blinds of 100-100 with a big blind ante of 100 will soon go up. Among the early entrants are YouTuber Jaejoon Yang and Hyun Ho Cho. More names are to follow as soon as the action picks up.
