Following a long Day 3 grind, the 60 player field narrowed down to its final nine contenders with Japan's Nana Nakamura stacking the highest. Nakamura stormed to the lead right at the last level after scooping up a massive pot in a blind vs blind clash against Lyu Bo. Nakamura ends the day towering over the final nine, bringing 16,800,000 in chips to start tomorrow's final round. Action resumes this Sunday, August 4th @ 12:00.

Zhao Yuejun pushed all-in for his remaining 1,900,000 and saw Xiao Liu call in following. Flipping for his tournament life, Zhao was crushed to see the river T♠ 7♣ 8♣ 7♥ K♠ pair up his opponent's overcards, sending him out as the final table bubble.

A limp pot blind vs blind saw Chen Chuan Shu lead for 250,000 on flop 2♥ 4♣ 9♠ . Kozo Yamada behind, puts in the call and goes on to raise 950,000 after Chen fired another 450,000 on turn 5♣ . Chen gives it up and folds.

Crippled down, Lyu Bo was all-in on the next hand for his last 575,000 against Chen Chuan Shu. In for a race, the board K♠ Q♦ 2♦ K♦ 8♣ ran the nut flush for Chen, knocking Lyu out of the Main Event games.

Lyu Bo limp jammed vs Nana Nakamura's raise to 800,000 and saw the latter tank and call off for her entire 8,350,000 stack. Nakamura ahead, scooped up the massive pot as board T♦ K♦ T♣ 9♥ Q♥ ran on the felt.

Button Chen Chuan Shu opened to 425,000 and saw small blind Kozo Yamada come along. Action on board 5♠ 8♣ J♦ 8♦ Q♠ was checked all the way to the river where Chen fired 800,000. Yamada check raised all-in for 2,150,000 and Chen makes the call. Yamada shows full house 8♥ 9♥ with Chen's A♣ Q♣ falling right into his trap.

Button Zhang Mai fired a hefty raise of 700,000 and saw Kozo Yamada defend his big blind. On flop A♦ Q♦ K♠ , Yamada called 450,000 but gave it up after Zhang barreled all-in on turn K♥ .

Big blind Chen Chuan Shu called a button open from Nana Nakamura and headed to flop 5♦ Q♠ 4♠ . Both players checked it through to turn Q♣ where Chen led for 300,000. Nakamura continues to river T♥ and fires 800,000. Chen check folds, showing 2♥ 2♠ . Nakamura returns the favor and shows a ten.

Zhang Mai opened to 500,000, joined by button Kozo Yamada on flop J♥ T♣ 4♦ . Zhang continued for 400,000 and another 500,000 on turn 5♠ with Yamada calling both streets. River 5♣ was checked down, and Zhang reveals Q♠ J♣ for the win.

Cao Tingjia pushed all-in for his last 1,100,000 and was called by Lyu Bo from the big blind. In dire of a double up, Cao instead secured a 12th place finish after missing to connect with board 3♠ A♦ 8♠ A♠ 9♣ .

Chen Chuan Shu min raised and called off Kozo Yamada's 3,300,000 all-in for a race. At risk, Yamada locked in another double up after his ace high held up on board 9♣ 5♣ 3♥ 4♦ Q♠ .

A raised pot three way rolled flop 4♥ 6♠ 3♠ . Small blind Chen Xu led for 775,000 and called for his 2,000,000 behind after big blind Zhang Mai check raised all-in. Both with flush draws - Chen Xu J♠ 2♠ , Zhang K♠ T♠ , Chen headed for the exit shortly after the river 5♠ landed Zhang a better one to take it down.

Cutoff opened, called by Kozo Yamada behind. Small blind Lyu Bo put in a raise to 925,000 and saw the latter make the call. On flop 5♣ 9♦ 6♣ , Yamada got his last 525,000 in with K♠ T♥ and is behind Lyu's A♥ 9♣ . At risk, Yamada spiked a lucky runout J♥ Q♦ , giving him a straight to survive through.

Nana Nakamura opened and called off Zhang Mai's 1,900,000 shove right behind. A huge favorite, Zhang quickly secured the double up as the board ran J♥ A♥ 4♥ Q♣ A♣ .

Utg Zhang Mai defended his open vs a 925,000 three bet from small blind Lyu Bo. Action on flop 9♠ A♥ 9♦ was checked through to turn 6♠ where Lyu led for 500,000. Zhang bumps it up to 1,575,000 yet folds after Lyu reshoved all-in.

Kozo Yamada completed from the big blind vs Lyu Bo's utg open and saw flop 2♠ 2♣ K♣ . Yamada proceeded to check call for 300,000 but was unable to continue after Lyu sent out another 525,000 on turn 4♦ .

Button Nana Nakamura opened to 300,000, called by the small blind. Big blind Chen Xu fired a raise to 1,125,000 and saw Nana complete, revealing flop K♦ 4♥ 2♠ . Chen sent out a 750,000 bet and another 800,000 on turn 7♦ . Nana shoves all-in and Chen folds.

Cutoff Chen Xu opened to 300,000, called behind by Chen Chuan Shu. On board J♣ 9♣ 8♥ T♠ , Chen Xu barreled 225,000, followed by another 775,000. Chen Chuan Shu called a cbet but folded the turn, showing K♦ K♥ .

Crippled down, Lin Hua Wei shoved her last 675,000 and saw Liu Jun make the call from the big blind. Looking to double up, Lin was instead left in pieces after the board 2♥ 8♥ 7♠ T♣ J♥ paired up her opponent instead.

Liu Xiao flicked in his last 750,000 and saw Lin Hua Wei call off for half her stack. Drawing slim, Lin booked another loss as the board 2♣ T♥ 7♥ J♣ 9♠ was dealt.

Mp Liu Jun opened to 275,000 and saw Zhao Yuejun call behind, peeling flop A♦ 5♠ 5♦ . Liu continued for 225,000, raised by Zhao to 875,000. Liu completes and goes on to snap call Zhao's all-in on turn 2♥ . Liu shows A♥ A♠ and leaves Zhao's A♣ Q♣ drawing dead right away.

Utg Lin Hua Wei opened to 250,000 and saw small blind Ma Haoyun come along on flop 5♠ 4♣ 9♦ . Lin continued for 250,000 and another 600,000 on turn 2♥ , with Ma check calling both streets. On river 6♠ , Ma led all-in for 1,025,000, snap called by Lin. Ma shows straight 3♦ 3♠ , crushing Lin's K♥ K♠ by the river.

Button opened to 250,000, followed by a three bet to 775,000 from small blind Liu Jun. Zhao Yuejun right behind shoved all-in and went on to pick up the pot uncontested.

Liu Jun open shoved 1,450,000 in and was called right behind by Zhao Yuejun. At risk, Liu was in no sweat as the board ran 4♦ 5♦ Q♥ 6♥ 4♣ .

Utg+1 Zhao Yuejun opened to 200,000 and tank called for 500,000 more after Ma Haoyun put in a raise. On flop 4♦ T♠ 3♣ , Zhao check folded following an all-in from his opponent.

Duan Qifeng defended his big blind and went on to check raise 650,000 on flop 6♦ 8♣ 2♦ . Raiser Chi Qiao shoved all-in and Duan snap called for his 1,275,000 behind. Duan is ahead with a set 6♥ 6♠ against Chi's J♦ 9♦ , but quickly came crashing down as the runout 7♠ 5♠ rolled a straight for his opponent.

Hijack Liu Jun opened to 200,000, joined by big blind Lin Hua Wei. On board 5♠ 5♥ 9♥ K♣ 9♠ , Lin check called two streets, each for 200,000. Liu checked down river, revealing Lin's A♥ A♠ for the pot. Liu shows Q♦ Q♣ .

Down to 5 BB, Ma Haoyun called off for his last 500,000 and was in for a race against Zhao Yuejun. Board 8♥ J♠ 2♦ 8♠ Q♣ ran in favor of Ma, sparing him from elimination.

Shi Lei opened 400,000 and snap called for his 1,000,000 behind after Saito Go moved all-in. A favorite, Shi crashed shortly after an ace high board 4♠ A♥ 5♥ T♦ 5♦ turned up on the felt.

An all-in preflop situation saw Zhang Mai call all-in for 1,950,000 against Liu Jun. Both with pocket pairs, Zhang sealed the win on queen high board 2♣ Q♦ 6♦ 9♦ 7♣ to bounce back in the game.

Chen Xu opened and called off Xu Yiguang's 1,845,000 jam. Board ran 3♣ J♣ 2♦ 9♦ 4♦ and quickly sent Xu out of the Main Event games.

Zhao Yuejun open shoved all-in and saw Yu Xiaotong behind snap call for his remaining 1,700,000. An ace high battle, Zhao bagged the win after the turn T♣ K♦ 7♣ 4♠ 7♦ paired up his four for the win.

Kozo Yamada opened and snap called for his 1,900,000 against Zhang Mai's all-in. Tabling the same hand, Yamada luckily spiked a flush on board 5♥ 4♣ 4c 9♦ 8♣ to send his opponent crashing down.

Hijack Lin Hua Wei opened and called a 500,000 three bet from Lo Cheng Yen behind. On flop J♣ 3♥ 3♠ , Lin snap called Lo's all-in and is way ahead of his opponent's A♦ K♦ , with K♣ K♥ . Left drawing to three outs, Lo shot down shortly after the turn 9♦ and river J♠ completed the board.

Facing an open from Lyu Bo, Yang Zih Jing stuffed his entire 1,900,000 stack in and was snap called by his opponent. A cooler situation, Yang exited shortly after the board 2♦ A♥ 5♥ 4♥ 4♠ failed to save him from his demise.

Kozo Yamada defended his big blind and check called another 125,000 on flop 6♠ J♣ 4♦ . On turn 2♥ , aggressor Liu Jun sent out another 260,000 but tank folded after Kozo check raised to 610,000.

Button Cao Tingjia defended his open and called a 400,000 three bet from big blind Chen Xu. Both players checked flop Q♥ 8♠ A♣ through to turn 6♠ . Chen this time led for 230,000, called by Cao. River Q♦ was checked down, revealing Chen's A♦ 5♦ and Cao's A♥ 4♥ for a split pot.

Yang Zih Jing fired a three bet to 390,000 from the small blind and saw raiser Kozo Yamada complete. On flop J♠ T♦ A♥ , Yang check folded following an all-in from his opponent.

Hijack Chi Qiao opened and went on to four bet 765,000 against button Xu Yiguang's raise. Xu completes, revealing flop J♦ Q♦ 7♣ . Both check it through to turn K♥ where Chi led for 600,000. Xu gives it up and folds.

A preflop back and forth saw button Lyu Bo send out a four bet to 1,075,000 with big blind Kirishima Akinobu making the final call to see flop J♦ T♣ 9♦ . Lyu swiftly jams and Kirishima calls for his remaining 200,000. Lyu is behind with Q♣ J♣ against Kirishima's T♥ T♦ , but locked in the win after the turn K♥ and river 2♠ completed his straight.

A blind vs blind battle saw Zhao Yuejun open and call off Deng Yawei's jam for his 1,900,000 behind. Ahead with a pair, Zhao survives through on board J♠ 4♥ J♥ 5♦ K♣ , crippling Deng along the way.

Ma Haoyun reshoved for 650,000 against Kozo Yamada's open and was challenged for his tournament life. Ma with the advantage, was in for no sweat as the board ran 6♣ Q♦ J♣ 7♦ Q♠ , earning him the double up.

Chi Qiao opened from the button and got it in vs Lin Zhaoyi's 800,000 stack. In for a race, the board failed to connect with either, leaving Chi's ace high good for the bust.

A three bet pot, action was seen on Cheng Lo Yen with a bet of 125,000 on flop 7♥ A♣ Q♥ . Big blind Zhang Mai check raised to 325,000 and saw his opponent complete, revealing turn A♦ . Zhang checks and folds shortly after Cheng fired 300,000.

Up against a late position open, Cai Wenqing shoved his last 510,000 and was cold called by Zhao Yuejun from the blinds. At risk, Cai felted no ace on board 6♣ J♦ T♣ 2♣ K♥ , knocking him out in contention.

Jin Boxin opened and called off Gnusaev Dmitrii's 800,000 all-in, and ran board 2♥ Q♦ 9♠ 6♦ 6♠ . Gnusaev crushes his opponent with a full house to scoop up the pot.

Yu Xiaotong open shoved his last 435,000 in and was called by Lo Cheng Yen from the blinds. Slightly ahead, the board 2♠ T♥ 5♥ T♦ 5♠ missed to pair up either player, leaving Yu's king high good for the taking.

Cutoff Nana Nakamura defended her open once more and called a 370,000 three bet from big blind Jin Boxin. Action on flop T♠ 2♥ 6♥ was checked through to turn 5♦ where Jin led for 400,000. Nakamura shoves all-in and Jin quickly folds.

Button Nana Nakamura opened to 120,000 and called a 400,000 three bet from small blind Lyu Bo. Interestingly, Nana disclosed prior to Lyu's raise that she saw her opponents cards. Action still in play, Nana makes the call but quickly folds after Lyu slammed all-in on flop Q♦ J♦ 5♦ .

A blind vs blind battle saw Shi Lei commit his last 385,000 against Duan Qifeng for a race. At risk, Shi secured the double up after running trip aces on board Q♦ T♦ 6♦ A♠ A♦ .

Utg+1 Deng Yawei opened to 100,000, called behind by Liu Jun. On flop A♥ 6♥ 6♠ , Deng continued for 100,000 and another 250,000 on turn 3♥ . Liu called one bet but was unable to continue after Deng fired the second barrel.

Facing an open and a call, Lin Hua Wei shoved 1,025,000 in and was called by initial raiser Li Zehao. In for a flip, the board K♠ 6♦ 7♦ 6♣ 2♣ held up for the pocket pair, earning Lin a full double up.

Shi Lei completed from the big blind and headed to flop 4♦ 7♠ T♥ . Raiser Cao Tingjia bet 80,000 and called 170,000 more after Shi pulled a check raise. On turn Q♥ , action was checked to Cao who moved all-in and Shi folds.

Wong Ka Fai defended his open and called a 250,000 three bet from Hongjie Wang. On flop 9♣ 8♣ 2♥ , Wong quickly surrendered after Hongjie moved all-in.

Hijack Lyu Bo sent out a hefty 225,000 raise and saw small blind Zhao Yuejun shove for 1,000,000 total. Lyu tanks and eventually gives it up.

Hijack Deng Yawei defended his open and called a 220,000 three bet from Ma Haoyun behind. On flop 6♠ J♥ A♠ , Deng check called for 75,000 and moved on to turn 5♥ . Both check it through to river 5♥ where Deng led all-in for 420,000. Ma gives it up and folds.

Cutoff Chi Qiao opened to 80,000, called behind by Shiina Okamoto to see flop 5♠ J♦ 7♣ . Chi continued for 75,000 and went on to check call 175,000 on turn 4♥ . River 6♠ raked in no more bets, revealing Chi's K♦ 8♦ for the win.

Hijack Li Dong opened, joined by big blind Lin Hua Wei on flop 5♠ J♥ 3♦ . Li continued for 70,000, check called by his opponent. Both players checked turn 9♣ through to river 4♥ where Lin led a hefty 300,000. Li tanks and eventually makes the call with T♦ T♣ , sending Lin's A♠ 7♦ to dust.

Facing an open and a call, Li Xuejian pushed all-in for his last 11 BB and saw Li Dong immediately put in the call. Drawing slim, Li Xuejian found no help on board 8♠ J♦ Q♠ 7♠ 3♥ , busting him out entirely.

A blind vs blind battle saw Tan Xiaohui at risk for her short stack against Saito Go. In search of an ace, the board 7♣ 6♠ 2♦ J♥ Q♦ felted none, sending Tan out of the running.

Deng Hui open shoved his last 360,000 and was called by Gnusaev Dmitrii right behind. At risk, Deng stepped off the arena shortly after the board 2♠ Q♦ 5♣ 3♥ 5♥ ran in favor of his opponent.

Shi Lei opened and called off Xu Yahui's 16 BB jam for a flip. At risk, Xu found none of his overcards on board 7♣ 9♠ 3♣ 8♥ T♦ , knocking him out from the running entirely.

A preflop back and forth saw Liu Jun tank call Ding Yayun's 1,175,000 five bet jam. A crucial flip, Ding's pocket pair headed for the muck as the board T♦ 4♠ 2♥ K♥ 6♦ paired up Liu's overcards.

Valery Li completed from the big blind and saw flop Q♦ 7♣ T♠ . Raiser Deng Yawei continued for 80,000, check called by his opponent. Both players checked turn 8♦ through to river K♣ , where Deng fired another 250,000. Li checks and folds.

Tan Xiaohui opened to 85,000 and called off Zhang Chi's 535,000 jam. Tabling a monster pair, Zhang quickly cruised to victory on board Q♦ 2♣ 9♦ T♣ 4♠ , leaving Tan's top pair no good.
