The runout goes 5♣ 6♦ 5♥ 7♦ J♦ as the Frenchman doubles up and Cohen’s stack is down to about two BBs.

Israel’s Yossef Cohen starts it off with a raise from the +1 position for 2,500 and it folds to the D where Filipino John Niko Costiniano 3-bets it to 6,500. Cohen makes the call.

The flop goes 6♠ 7♦ 6♣ as Cohen checks. Costiniano CBets for 4,000 but then gets check-raised all-in by the Israeli. Costiniano calls.

Choen tables 9♠ 8♠ for an open-ended straight draw while the Filipino is delighted to learn that he is actually ahead with A♣ T♦ . That didn’t last long as the 5♠ on the turn suddenly has Costiniano drawing dead and the 2♦ on the river solidified Costiniano’s walking papers.
